I've ordered for a bag by name love angles and make my flair sneakers.I've placed the order on 19th December.And I had a voucher of 599 which was a refund for my previous order.I used it...and initially my billing was 266 rupees.I was expecting the product atleast on 9th Jan, coz I was leaving the city.When I conveyed this, they split my order.And now I'm asked to pay 216 for snow and 200 for bag = 416 rupees.Which is totally unfair.Either I'm asking for refund of my 599 or deliver me both products together with previous billing of 266 rupees(be it if it gets how ever late)

Hi, i ordered 1 Runway Inspired Boot - Shoe Size : 38 from this website with order no .#1997025 on 28th December 2017, and I got the shipment on 5th Jan 2018. When I opened the box, the quality is so low and piece is defected, thread is coming out from the stitching of the shoes so I asked for a return and to process the refund.

However, till now no information on refund status. Tried complaining about this by sending them emails and calling them but received no response so far. Highly disappointed as wasted Rs1050 on this boot. I want a refund!

Please help me as soon as possible.

Today when I was checking out my details I found my address was incorrect I tried to mail your help desk about it but didn't get any response please make corrections in my address . I also ask questions and put up queries on apllication support system but didn't get any response. Please make corrections in my address and deliver my order as soon as possible it is very urgent. Do reply to my mail I had mentioned all details over there.

It's been more than one month and I haven't received my product yet which is actually to be delivered by 27/11/2017.

But today I opened the site to check the order status, I am seeing that order has been canceled. I didn't cancel the order from my end then how can it be canceled and what about the money I paid for that product.

You people are not at all bothered about the customers. There are no proper response, contact details or customer care numbers.

Are cheating the customers by taking money from them in online and you are cancelling the order. You are not picking up the calls and not responding to the emails. So the money will be yours. Is that the way you are earning money?

Is this is the way you are treating the customers?

Can you please tell me how you are transferring money back to me and respond me ASAP. Because it's been so long I waiting for that product. Now it was canceled from your end itself. So send my money back immediately.

If not I will take a proper action on you.

I have exchange my shoe due to size issue and my product was picked up and reached to seller on 9 December but still o have not received my new shoe for which I have exchange pls send me it before 19 December .my order details Your CUTECODE SSS LLP shipment with AWB Number [protected] & Order no. 1925950 . I had ordered brown spot heels on 20/11/17 and#1910239 is my order number..i payed payment by online process...524 rs is paid through mobikwik wallet...i want my money back or my product delivered as soon as possible...sss didnt dispatch my order so no tracking id or number..i had called 500 times but you didnt receive my call..please return my money or send my product am a student am not a employ please dont cheated me

I had placed an order for a pair of sandals on 05-11-2017 and my expected delivery date was 26-11-2017. First of all, which courier service takes these many days to deliver? And, over and above, my product has not been dispatched till 02-12-2017. No tracking ID, no status update.

There is nobody to attend the customer care call. Why the hell do you have customer care if nobody is going to answer. I regret ordering from this website. And I have made the payment also. I doubt if I cancel my order, whether my money will be refunded or not. So, just hoping to receive my order in good condition. Because I have lost all my patience and hopes.

Kindly try to fix your service, because that is what you have to do. If you don't have a product, don't put it up on your website. And trust me, I will never order anything again from SSS and will never recommend it to anybody if I don't receive a good product after so much hassle.

Exchange order not delivered
It has been so long that they haven't delivered my exhange order.
And ai have already paid for it.
If in the forthcoming week they do not send my exhange order,
I'll move to the"CONSUMER COURT""!
They are so faulty in their services; the company deserves to be demolished!
Moving to the 'consumer court'is the apt way to shut that company out!

Why this complain board is even here? Do you people really believe in improving? Seriously? Can't believe that though. Customer can't reach you, the number u have given no one receives, your order never reaches to customer, it's been almost 50 days, long time back I had ordered two pair of heels and forgotten about it, mean while I travelled the world and suddenly I receive a call and then I am like really? You people want to send me the heels now? And they said yes, here they denotes you people sss! And I am like ya sure, I really wanted those heels, and ma'am it will get it delivered in 3-5days and Abhi tk nhi aaya. I can't contact you, you have given some delivery guys numbers they aren't receiving calls.
One advice: you guys look less interested in selling and giving good service y don't you shut down! Would be good for all of us.

Street Style Store confirmed the order of shoes on 17/10/2017 and mailed that it will take 3-21 days to dispatch the order. It has been almost a month and the shoes are still not dispatched. I complained to them on 7 november, 2017 and asked for refund, but they did not respond to my complaint. i want my money back.

I placed an exchange request on 6 of September 2017 for shoes I'd ordered. It's been more than two months since there no update about my order. Even after repeated complaints no one from the company has bothered to reply. When I check my order history it only shows exchange request made. Can I know by when will I receive my order if not my refund? How long I need to wait?

have applied for exchange of two items. You have collected the return item but not sent the exchange. I have attached the details here.

The pickup was made by 'Delhivery ' services. Kindly look into the matter and oblige. I have sent numerous mails but they aren't delivered. Moreover noone picks up the call.

I had ordered a pair of sandal whose sandal size didn't fitted properly. So i exchanged the product as ordered 42 size but i need 41 size even the executive from your end picked up the product from my residence.

But i have not yet received my product and even i have raised the complaint on your website no revert from your end. Its very unprofessional.

my order no #1831563. order this product 12th Oct but still no reply regarding the order my money stuck they care less. customer care is working nobody picks the phone. Please refund my money in my account I am fed up with your service. My money stuck on your site last 8 month ago they have not replied any emails or calls. What should I do? Please help.

My actual delivery date was 21 days from order 14 th of sept ! But still my order hasnt been delivered and I have mailed them several times but all in vain . It has been above a month but still delivery has been not done . Ask them to refund my whole amount. Or deliver it as earlier as possible. And several times they have cancelled my delivery date and pushed further . I am seriously so fed up of thsi please help me ! Hope i get positive revert!

I placed an order for shoes on 6th sep 2017 and made a prepaid payment and the estimated delivery date was 27th sep2017. But I havnt recived my product also I have sent many emails and raised query through their new support system but shameless people have not replied money snatchers. There is no human customer support I made the biggest mistake of my life after making prepaid paymnt on SSS. Fraud website dont know how to run the business.

This is one of the useless websites I have seen. I have ordered a product on this website and I have still not received the product. It is been a month. And the payment has been made as well.. I have raised several concerns, yet no response was given! I suggest no one to use this useless website. I have received no response on the calls as well. No one cares to respond. Useless fraud company. U cheat customers.
