I have made 10 requests now for a refund on an unauthorized payment for STARZ app I can't use and don't want.

Google won't respond and STARZ pretty much is saying not our problem.

Give me back my money now for unauthorized charge or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau

This is insane that know one will take responsibility for taking/stealing my money and I have to keep demanding my money back for something I did not receive.
