I paid for my order by using PayPal and they still haven't received my order .. ( no registration number found) it's been just over 2 weeks
I wouldn't worry to much that I haven't received my order yet. But they don't even recognize my order yet or there would be a registration number found but nothing is there. And no one to call and I have paid

I ordered and paid online for the purchase of a star and a certificate was supposed to be emailed to me immediately. A day later, I have still not received it. There is no email address to contact and only an 800# to call, but they say they can only place orders, and that there is no one to transfer me to. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB SITE!

I purchased a star from this company a few days ago. I submitted many requests and submitted them as an urgent matter since they have no customer service numbers. Have not heard back from them since. I called the number and spoke with a female named Taylor who offered no assistance and said "just wait it out". Also they have numerous look a like sites as well. Starnamer.net, starnamer.org, etc. No where on their site does it state you cannot get a refund. I accidently hit cancel order yet was not able to confirm choice since I accidently hit it. Now I do not know if my order is still being processed. I do want a refund because I truly believe these people do not care about the thought that goes into such a gift. A family member just passed away, and now I have no way in seeing or tracking my order.

I placed and order on Monday, order the most inexpensive because of the financial difficulties I am having . The most basic order is sent via EMAIL NOT SHIPPED TO ANY LOCATION . Today is Thursday and I am still waiting for the email . I have a confirmation email and the charges where made to my credit card because I checked . I send 2 contact emails and have not heard from them .

No item for my money
On Oct. 21, 2011 Starnamer cashed my money order for $69.85. They require money orders not checks, I ordered a Star with advertised options to go with it, plus I ordered a sterling silver star ornament. I have received neither. Their phone number is for ordering only. I have mailed two letter, no reply. I emailed them several times, no reply. I now know this company is a rip off. I want my order or my money.

I purchased two stars at Christmas. I did receive one of the gift certificates by email, but I did not receive the second. I have been emailing since Dec. 23rd and to this day, I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. I too cannot believe there is no way to speak with a representative. ***I did receive an email with a copy of my charges, so "spam blockers initiated", I don't think so. This site is a scam. Do not waste your time or money.
