I bought the pool in 2003 at ACME Pool Supply in Yuma. For problems, Acme referred me to the Upland California for warranty. I obtained the email address and contacted them on 11/30/2007. They answered the email on 12/13/07 requesting photos. I sent them photos by email on 01/08/08. They requested copy of the original purchase order and it was sent to them. They didn't respond. Since then I have contacted them four times and spoke to the same gentleman who refuses to address my issues. What do I do?
