SOS Protect / Unwanted insurance

1 South Africa Review updated:

This afternoon whilst I was at work this lady approached me and told me about SOS protect and what it offers. Before I knew it she took out forms and started filling them in. She asked me all my details, my bank account, my ID and my address. She filled everything in and asked me to sign. When I asked what I was signing for she told me it was not a binding signature. She gave me her details and after some few minutes I tried calling her on her cellphone she never answered. I wanted her to tear all that info as I was not interested. I tried viewing the web site on the copy of the form I have but the website is does not exist.

she asked for your details, you gave her your details. she asked you to sign, you signed because you believed her or you were just interested in something else than what she was selling, because you called her mobile numbers only, why not call the numbers on your copy? you did get a copy right? however i'm not taking sides in this as she misinformed you and you took her word and signed before thinking. a signature that doesn't bind you?
