Sonic Drive IN / incorrect food

I was a fan of Sonic, however almost every time i go there, there seems to be a problem with my order. Either I am missing something(s) or the food is incorrect. I normally wouldn't complain but it has happened multiple times now. I ordered 3 medium meals. #1, #4, and a#9. #1 with the works, i only received mayo. The #4 was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger toaster.. which i assumed meant the bread should have been toasted and it was not, on either side. Finally the #9 I ordered with no mayo no tomato, with honey mustard and received no honey mustard. I lived too far away to immediately drive back and correct my food, nor did i have the time. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the service recently. The employees are miserable and obviously do not take pride in their jobs the way they did when this store first opened.

    While we were in Haskell Texas for our grandsons we decided to have dinner at the local sonic drive in. We waited 15 min to have our order taken. They were busy. But as orders were delivered around us we could hear people saying that their order s were not right and ghe carhop said they are having a problem with that tonight. So when our order came we we checked it before paing. Not one thing was right. We had to leave with out eating. The food was ot the usual quality that we get at our local store inHenderson Nv. Thought you would want to know. Delaina Wilson
