Solopopgo review: fitness equipment 2

I ordered the folding exercise equipment on 11/10/18. Got an email it shipped on 11/13/18. Still nothing over a month later... My Order #6385 has not come and I get NO responses from the company as to why...I need my refund or my equipment.

I have emailed them over and over, nothing. The link to the email to track package does not work either. How can they provide service if they do not respond to anything. I can't even find a number in which to call them and complain. I wish to report them to make sure this doesn't happen again to anyone else. Please help.
