I want to stop getting billed by this company. Today I tried to call and discontinue my membership. Someone that answered the phone said that the company could not speak with me about cancelling my account. He also said that I could cancel my account online. I tried to go online to cancel my account, but only was denied to get to the company. I believe that this is the second month that I was billed by this company. I would like to get a refund for every month that this company has billed me. I do not know if that is possible. Last month, after receiving my credit card bill, I looked at different places that billed me. I tried to cancel with four companies. I believe that I was only able to cancel with one. I believe that something happened with the other three companies. I believe that these companies may be related. I am not sure, but that is what I believe.

But I need my credit cards to live. My income is low (around $23, 000). My rent is around $800-900 per month. I use the rest of the money to pay off credit card debt. I can eat relatively cheap, my car is paid for, and I usually stay home instead of going out. I am in a no win position. I have other charges going on my credit card as well. Most of them are OK. I am becoming more thrifty as I live.

I understand what you are saying. Thank you. I will try. But because I ordered, I do not think that will work. But I will try.

I have been charges $17.95 since May 2010 and I just noticed it! I never signed up for this. I have read all the complaints and I no longer feel bad. Called the customer service line and all they said they could refund me was 6 months worth. I would like to write a letter to the Owner of this HORRIBLE company and have him pay back the rest. I am currently unemployed and that money could be put to better use.

Shopping Essentials Plus is deducting $19.95 from my checking account. They have not been authorized to do so and we have not baught anything from or through them. I will be contacting my attoorney to start legal lwasuit proceeding against them.

This company that I've never heard of has been deducting $19.95 from my bank account for 5 months! They said they are a money saving membership company? And that I signed up with them through classmates.com which I did not. Check your bank statements! There are several other claims on /URL removed/

We've been busy with wedding planning during the past year and have not religiously checked our checking account. Now that our lives have settled down, post wedding, we've found charges on our account for $14.95 each month for the past SEVERAL MONTHS from Vista Print, Business Max and Shopping Essentials Plus.

I will be going with printouts of these charges in hand to my bank tomorrow to see what I should do. I'm glad to have read about these companies so that if I do contact them by phone, I've learned that if they ask me questions, never to answer YES as they can record my voice saying the word and use that against me. WHAT A CROCK!

If anyone has any success with these companies, please share.

This is definitely ridiculous. I just called to find out what this was and it shows up on my credit card statement as some Healthplan and when I asked about it I was told I signed up for Shopping Essentials Plus. I had no idea what she was talking about and she said I was on a website and happened to click a banner for a free $10 on restaurants.com. TOTAL SCAM!

We are one of those who caught them real early. My wife signed up for reunions.com and the next week we saw the chsarge. I called them and nearly cussed out every person i spoke with. We need them to know that their time as a company is almost up. If all of those who have been taken and had to fight for their own money from a third party crooks stand together we can control those who try to steal from us. $19.95 a month for a period of months is a date, or gift for that loved one. so think about this, we as internet users can control these fake companies and their bids to take our money without informing us. Thus they loose all creidtability And WE WIN!

This is happening to us as well, six months of $14.95. I thought my wife was just buying little things from them every month, but then she said no and I noticed the withdraw was at about the same date every month. We are also getting this same kind of charges from Passport to fun for $11.95 on the exact same days. Watch out for them, I guess its legal stealing and always Christmas for them year round. We are going to try to get some mony back. from now on we will send checks!

I have this same problem. The company charged me $14.95 for no reason at all. It's very upsetting.
