Shop & Ship / spare parts shipment [protected]
On Thursday 21st of June 08:43am I recieved an sms to inform me to pickup my shipment from Aramex office, I called to clarify why my shipment was not delivered to me, I was told because it was the holidays but I was aassured that they will deliver the shipment to me on the same day Thursday 21st. I did not recieve it, today is Saturday 23ed of June, I was inforemed that I will recieve my shipment today, still did not, I called the delivery person and he told me that all the deliveries for the rest of tge day were canceled and they were asked to return all the shipments they still have and also they were told that the employes will work only half day today, so I still did not recieve my shipment.
I think this is carelessness from Aramex not to deliver on time and not to inform it's employes on their working houres and ask them to cut the day short and go home.
This unfortunate incident leaves me questioning the reliability of Aramex.
