Shop and Ship / Aramex / unprofessional & poor customer service

One of my friends was using Aramex Shop and Ship for some time in Sri Lanka and as a result I also created an account and ordered some items from USA during November 2015. My first impression and experience is extremely bad. I would not recommend anyone to use this service in Sri Lanka (I'm not sure about other parts of the world). This is mainly due to the unprofessional and poor customer service. This is what happened, I ordered few items from NY, USA in separate orders and experienced following issues: 1. Charging twice for custom duty for two orders: Aramex Shop and Ship online portal allows to make the complete payment for the shipment (this is including shipping and custom duty). However the currier who delivered the items charged me again as he did not had a record of the online payment. This is absolutely poor information management. These are the payment records for online payments made on custom duty: Paid By Card No. Expiry Amount Currency Reference Type Date PayPal xxx 12/99 2.39 USD 85526413PN254691K Capture 12/07/2015 PayPal xxx 12/99 4.77 USD 2RW04920C0767180W Capture 12/07/2015 Please see the attached image for the complaint I made on this on 10th December 2015. This complaint has been closed by Aramex without sending any response. I still did not receive a refund or any response on this. 2. Delayed delivery Aramex Colombo, Sri Lanka office kept two packages I ordered for two days for no reason. Once I phoned them, they said that they will deliver both packages on the same day, however only one package was delivered in the afternoon. Thereafter I talked to Aramex Colombo, Sri Lanka office again, what I heard from the person who answered the phone was, he cannot track where the package was at the moment and he will get back to me ASAP. But he never get back to me until I phoned them once again on the next day. Finally I received the package after talking to them several times on the next day. 3. Unprofessional customer service Due to the above problems, I talked to a person called Paddy Hoole at Aramex Sri Lanka office who manages the Shop and Ship service. The tone and the way he talked to me on the phone was very unprofessional.

    Shop and ship Aramex in London (Slogh) stolen my expensive items
    Don't deal with them at all
