SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / never received anything

I ordered a pair of shoes several months ago, but never received anything I called customer support to dispute and got an apology, they told my order would be delivered in a couple of days, but nothing again. Made a second call and was informed that my shoes were missing. They offered me to pick anything else and gave me $15 credit for my trouble as an excuse. But I never received the second item either. Awful company to deal with! They refunded me only 50%! Do not purchase anything from ShoeDazzle.
