I placed an order with Sheldeez Hair Products on 2/27/09 for Design Essentials hair gel. I received an email confirmation that they acknowledged my order. I was advised that I would receive my order within 7-10 days. To date I have not received my merchandise, I contacted the company and have not received a response. I have filed several complaints against this company (BBB, AG, and FTC) and I will disputing the fee with my financial insitution. There are several complaints against this company, do not patronize this company. The are scam artist and they are taking money from hardworking consumers. I want to know if anyone is filing a class action against these people.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered a few hair products from this company about 2 years ago. I called and inquired about my order and was told (A man answered the phone) that one of the items was out of stock but I should receive the other two items. I never received anything. I reported my debit transaction to my bank and was eventually refunded.
Finally got my products.. 15 days after I ordered them. Sheldeez does not have to worry about me ever again.
I too am waiting for my products to arrive in the mail. It has been two weeks already and Art Robinson assured me twice that the products were mailed. The first time he said they were mailed on the 19th. The second time he said they were mailed on the 22nd. I am very dismayed that I did not research this company before I paid 105.00 for my products. I am going to see if I can find someone in the area where their shop is that can go and pick up the items for me. This is a nightmare.
My sister and I are from the UK. About four years ago we ordered some shampoo and conditioner from Sheldeez. We too received notification by email from Sheldeez that they had received our order, and we were told the items would arrive in a certain time. The items never came in the right time. So we emailed them and they said that they did not have the items in stock and were ordering them, and to wait a couple of weeks. We waited a couple of weeks and nothing came. So we emailed them again and this time they said there was a postal strike, so there were delays in the order. So we were told to wait two more weeks, which we did. Then we emailed them again, and this time they said that there was a tornado and that it is why the order was delayed, and to wait two more weeks. We waited a week, and then we realised that they were just taking the mick. We got angry, so we just kept emailing them, every day. At first they just ignored our emails, but we kept it up and by the end of it all we had to used 72-sized font saying in big letters..."Hello hello is there anybody there? Can anyone hear me? We want our money back! Give us our money back or we will go on as many black hair care websites as possible and tell people that you are scam con artists. You are scoundrels and people deserve to know that you make a living sponging off people!" They then gave us our money back, but we still lost out as because we are from the UK the exchange rate meant we still got back less than we put out in GB Pounds. However, overall we were glad to get our refund, so we left it at that. We would never shop at Sheldeez again; in our opinion they are just a phoney cheap looking website, operated by loser phoney salespeople. STAY AWAY FROM SHELDEEZ OR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
