Seven West Media / Channel 7 7 plus

I have been watching programs on 7 Plus and other streaming services. I am dismayed by the number of self-promotion interruptions to programs on your channel when other channels don't. Your repeated ads are totally over the top! To the extent I will not watch your channel again. Unless you mend your ways. It's crazy to keep advertising the same things over and over within one episode of a program. If I were you I would sack the person or people who think it's a good idea.

Can Prime7 get rid of Bruce off commentary team. Our household is over his biased calling of games. Tonight he was applauding the Hawks game and how close they got to winning and not acknowledging the WINNERS the demons. It was quite obvious Melbourne was easily on top of Hawthorn all but 10 mins of game. Get him off before the next game is televised. By the way we are not Melbourne supporters but acknowledge the wonderful win they had.🤔

Seven West Media / Channel 7 west coast v collingwood broadcast

The commentary on this game was deplorable. It was as though there was only one team (Collingwood) playing. Can you please get some commentators who are able to see both teams in the contest and comment in an even handed way. A commentator who has some association with West Coast might be a good idea. It was just shocking last night and barely listenable. It was all about Collingwood from start to finish. Their opponents didn't exist. You do have an audience in WA and other parts of Australia. Get some commentators with a modicum of professionalism.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 roaming brian afl

How disgraceful that Brian interviewed a Melbourne AFL player tonight, talked about a young fellow he'd brought to the game who had muscular dystrophy (the boy was sitting next to him - his "good luck charm") then spoke briefly to the boy's father, but didn't bother to acknowledge or talk to the boy! Is this child being used as a promotion for the player...what is this ...Channel 7s pet disabled child? In what dark age is the AFL commentary team?

Seven West Media / Channel 7 promotion of animal cruelty

This morning, Channel 7 Sunrise are broadcasting from Sea World at The Gold Coast. Sea World is a place that promotes cruelty to animals! I cannot believe how this station can ethically broadcast from this location. Have they not been made aware of the fact that these magnificent sea creatures are captured, tortured and have to perform in captivity for human entertainment! This is 2018 and I am bitterly disappointed that Sunrise have followed the uneducated idiots at Channel 9 morning show that did the same thing last year.

Educate yourselves Sunrise!

Seven West Media / Channel 7 perth television programming

Re. Channel 7 programming. ( Channel 72).
Tonight's rerun ( Sept 3rd)of Doc Martin was left hanging and, with no warning ( or even ads!) the program was left unresolved and switched straight to Foyle's War.
Also, what happened to the Finals of Dance Boss? TV Programs indicated it would take place on both Monday and Tuesday nights. Again, with no warning, the Finals ran into the Grand Final on the same night. Children watching had to go to bed and other viewers had to go through 3 hours of viewing if they wanted to ascertain the winners. Who's in charge of programming? The Work Experience junior?

Seven West Media / Channel 7 sport news

Tonight while watching Chanel 7 new/sports Brisbane - the reporter advised that Johonathan Thurston was expecting his 4th"kid" - no respect shown for that poor little baby not to mention the parents. I might be seen as a " nark" however I do consider respect as a prime principal when dealing with everyone including those who do not show respect for themselves.
Why is it so difficult to provide feedback on this site!

Seven West Media / Channel 7 cell phone and cable

August 8, 2018

I would like to file a complaint against AT&T, I was quote a price for cell phone service and
Cable, Internet, and Home Phone service on July 11, 2018 quote by Luis customer service
rep, However is was on the phone with customer service around and hour or more I was
put on hold to have his supervisor to approve the quote given to me as stated below.

1. Will receive all premier channel for life
2. Free internet for life
3. Will install internet and cable @ the same time
4. Will install 5 cable boxes with a one time fee of $49.00 for the 5th box
5. Will bill separate cell phone from cable service
6. Will have 24 month agreement
7. After 30 days of service I would receive a $300.00 gift card
8. Cell phone with unlimited Data 124.35 -35.00 off of my cell phone bill for life making my bill $89.35

I have spoken to 6 different customer serive reps including manager (Nancy) if ask Nancy do they record
customers phone calls, she said yes and will replay my conversation with Luis and call me back, However
I never receive a call back I called Nancy on Monday 7/16/18 and was told that I will receive a call back
on 7/18/18. I have spend hours at a time talking with AT&T customer service, that is very poor service
I have receive text message stating that I only have two Data plan and that they are going to change me
more money I could not not concentrate on my job receiving this text message every other day!
Now I was told if I didn't pay 176.26 my cell phone will be turned off. Keep in mind my last bill was
89.35. as promised. I can not sleep at night worring about my bill with AT&T.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 house of wellness

Could you please ask the hostess to dress more appropriately
This program is midday, involved children and majority of daytime viewers are families.
I found it very uncomfortable every movement the hostess made.

Remember the public watching the program, young girls with beauty and body issues, you can still look fabulous
Dressing in a more executive look.

The hostess is a beautiful woman she doesn't need to dress like this in a sensitive program

Dear Channel 7,
You do such wonderful things for Perth, especially when it comes to helping children in need every year with Telethon and you need to know we really appreciate it. We the people of Perth are begging you please remove Basil Zempalis from sports reporting. He is an embarrassment to you and doing a whole lot of damage to your ratings. Once I have heard the news that you've done this you'll have my time and ratings back. Until then i and soooo many others i know will not turn your channel on at all!

I would like to say well done to Basil Zempilas for having the courage to ask the difficult questions regarding the culture within the West Coast Eagles club. Ever since their inception there has been a mentality that they are better than everyone else and he used the right word with arrogance and the belief that they can just do what they like simply because they play football . Keep up the good work Basil and continue to ask the difficult questions - someone needs to in order to keep them honest.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 channel 7 news

I am writing to complain about 2 reporters attached to your channel 7 media. They are Geoff Parry and Basil Zempilas. Their line of questioning to Trevor Nisbett and Adam Simpson about the AFL Footballer Andrew Gaff 's punch was nothing but a witch hunt against the West Coast Eagle Football club for an incident that occurred a few weeks ago, when a photographer tried to photograph Nic Natanui hobbling to get into a car but was restrained from doing so. Their insistence that the club had a cultural problem and they were arrogant was just below the belt and the fact that Trevor Nisbett and Adam Simpson were professional enough not to take the bait shows they have a lot more character than your reporters. We have always watched Channel 7 News never changing to another channel but after this vendetta that you staged against the West Coast Eagles i'm afraid we will not be viewing your news again. We were strong supporters of Telethon so you have lost that as well. We switched to Foxtel some time ago so we could watch the AFL Football add free and because of your channel's treatment of Western Australian's giving delayed coverage etc. You have won the cricket rights will you wreck that sport like you have done with the AFL.

Why is it necessary to put a 15 min news flash about a footballer that smacked someone on the field this is appalling. Who cares if he is charged he should be. And for channel 7 to ask such stupid questions about how he feels and if he should be punished or because he feels bad that should be enough. its disgraceful that you think this is BREAKING NEWS.. what about all the lives lost in Bali overnight is that not worthy of a news break.. sick of listening to this dribble. Time for a change of channel.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 ch 7 news report of false statements by lauren southern

There was a report done from the speaking event of Lauren Southern in Broadmeadows, Melbourne last night. The reporter claimed that Ms Southern said she is a racist and a fascist. This was written on a banner on the bottom of screen as well. This claim is completely false. It is disgraceful that Channel 7 would allow such a gross misrepresentation. I expect that Channel 7 withdraw this claim and issue an apology to Lauren Southern. The event was attacked by violent protesters from left wing organisations who sought to stop reasonable people from listening to speakers they were interested in. Not one attendee partook in any violence or disruptive behaviour and this should be reported instead of the insinuation that attendees are extremists. I was an attendee and I am not an extremist. The only extremists there were the relatively small group of protesters.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 movies after afl

Sick of trying to record movies after afl games and missing the end of movies almost every single time because afl runs longer every time and you can't cut a single ad break so that movies finish closer to advertise time. Its very very annoying and frustrating. I've already got my settings recording an extra 15 mins after end of every movie which takes up a lot of space in my set top box. Is it that hard to remove 10-20 mins of ads from a movie that has over an hour of ads already. Wish this complaint would actually do something but realise I'm just wasting my time. Thanks for nothing 7

Shown on Friday at 6.25 pm.
The West Australian great video ads.
Removal of ad or at least cut the beginning ofvthe ad.
How is this great videos when it is illegal. It should be postponed not be promoted.
The next person to copycat may not be so lucky.
Are you going to promote the next illegal video showing splattered human remains.
You are saying it is okay to do this jump off any train.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 news cross to thailand cave rescue

Watching the interview with Michelle Payne and during ads breaking news regarding cave rescue in Thailand, on site news reporter is cut off mid sentence after just a few words for some more pathetic and worthless advertising and didn't return to the reporter or the story. Pathetic television, get your act together channel 7, I expect better from a major television network.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 showing afl games on thursdays on 3 channels

Ok so here goes - I am an avid fan of Home & Away and I now find that not only have channel 7 taken the programme off on Fridays, NOW you have also taken it off on Thursdays.
This is not good enough. You have THREE channels - why not leave one to show Home & Away.
No one watches the game on three channels at the same bloody time - how ridiculous.
Think of us for a change

Seven West Media / Channel 7 tv advertising

I wish to complain about an advertisement aired during family viewing time for another tv program on channel 7.
During "Home and Away", while young children are still be awake and watching, the advertisement in which the line "We have sex all the time" has been played at least twice this week. It is offensive and needs to air later, as the station acknowledges that children will normally be sent to bed after 7.30pm.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 House Rules

House Rules is a favourite show in our house and I have 2 children aged 9 and 11. This season I have been very disappointed with the language that is left unbleeped on the program. The f... word that is regularly said is bleeped but just in the last 5 mins we heard [censored], wanker, tosser and [censored]. [censored] and [censored] also make regular appearances on the show. If this kind of language, which is not used in my house, or condoned in my workplace, continues to be used, we will be x-watchers of the show. Very disappointing and unnecessary channel 7.

Hi i am very concerned that channel 7 house rules has become very insensitive to the family of the young man that passed away, to see his wife and baby seen on tv showing the lovely home renovations, this promotion to the audience that he died before he would enjoy the works completed to there home!
Have you considered the family of the man in question ! If you have lost a child very unexpectedly it is so Bad you cannot imagine that sort of pain His family has to walch your promotions of this everytime they turn on tv, that is so cruel
You are so star struck that you do not have feelings

Yet again media does not care of anyone except their ratings even at the expanse of peoples pain Shame SHAME carma has away of sorting things out I am a christian and a mother of 2 sons passing unexpectedly i know

Seven West Media / Channel 7 house rules bullying

I am usually a fan of House Rules, however I've been very upset at the condoned bullying both in this current season (from Leigh and Kristie), and in the previous season also. I think you guys think this is entertaining? I'm telling you it's NOT. People do not enjoy watching this - it is upsetting and very unpleasant to watch. It's turning me off watching House Rules. Condoning bullying is not ok! Using it for 'entertainment' is not ok. My suggestion for next year's season is to allow someone to referee major disagreements, and penalise those who do not play fair. Isn't that what Australia is supposed to be about? Good sportsmanship? Also, the 'zone wars' adds nothing to this show - it's completely unnecessary. You are turning viewers off with such nasty competitors.

Honestly, I feel you as a channel are incredibly tacky and hypocritical - I can just imagine some sob story on Sunrise (or some such tacky program) about someone being bullied, and how it's not ok, yet you condone it as prime time viewing entertainment.

The bullying tonight 18th June was terrible, the death stare that Leigh gave Michelle was absolutely disgusting, I felt fear, it was so intimidating, Michelle was amazing and stood her ground but his behaviour was deplorable.
Channel 7 how can you let this type of behaviour continue? Channel 7 you seem to think this is what viewers want, I can assure you they do not, by allowing this type of behaviour to continue you are saying this is acceptable for a man to treat a woman. This totally threatening look from this man has been broadcast on the same night as the memorial march for the poor woman that was raped and murdered in Melbourne last week, I know this was filmed several months ago but its just not acceptable. Shame channel 7

This was very similar to what I wanted to say. Children watch this show and it is a terrible example. Right down to calling couples hotheads and go getters. The "hotheads" seems like a fairly nice couple. It gives a bad connotation. We are watching nice couples getting terrible scores for staying nice and terribly behaved couples coming out on top. I know in real life this happens but it shouldn't be applauded.

Seven West Media / Channel 7 advertising and using “breaking news” in your advertising.

I am over it so much how you use breaking news in your advertising if your news service. I am over it and switching channels. Breaking news is breaking news. Your news service is not.. sorry but it's sensationalising. On sunrise theUs morning they commented on there is some breaking news. Then they go to your stupid advert for your news where it states breaking news. Sorry but your news is so old I've seen it before sometimes three days before.
