Seatwavetaken my money

I put some rugby tickets on seat wave for sale along with another company, the other company had sold my tickets for me and when I went to remove the tickets from seatwave they told me that they had sold them, I never had confirmation from seatwave to say they had sold the tickets and they said they were going to charge me a penalty charge, I disputed this and sent them emails of complaint this being back in november 2014, I never had a response from seatwave until january saying they were charging me a penalty charge, I emailed them again and again heard nothing, they have now taken & pound;111.25 from my bank account, if they had of informed me of the sale then this wouldn't of happened. I am very unhappy with seatwave and I will never use them again
