Red Rooster Foods red rooster campbelltown

Hi my name is Benjamin Snodgrass my partner was very well and I would love for you people to take changes we all ordered 8 cheesy nuggets and the 8 cheesy nuggets made her very very sick so therefore I would like Red rooster Campbelltown to make changes to the menu or cook the chicken cheesy nuggets properly do not make this mistake again so then they can learn from it

Red Rooster Foods I am a customer

My name is Leica-maree Williams I am a customer of Campbelltown Red rooster tonight at 6 I got 8 cheesy nuggets that I definitely do not think they were cooked properly as I was very sick later on and still feeling sick now at 10:19 I would like people to check this up and make sure that it was not food poisoning as I was very sick vomiting and did not take myself to hospital as it might been food poisoning

Red Rooster Foods delivery / garlic bread and dippas box

I ordered delivery at 12:24 from red rooster Hogan's corner melbourne Victoria, when I revived the order I got potato bites instead of pops and garlic bread

First off red rooster hasn't had potato bites in ages and they would have to be off. Secondly my garlic bread was due on the 5 of March. That was ages ago. A month ago exact, I haven't felt well since eating the food and the service was disgusting from the workers.

Red Rooster Foods classic chicken

I ordered a Classic chicken, cut into 8 pieces and a pkt of chicken pops. When I got home, I opened the packet to find a quarter chicken meal, I am unable to feed my family of 5 adults with this. I am disabled, that's why I went through the drive though, after a busy day to save me the trouble. I contacted the store to be told, oh well, the value you were given is the same as the chicken you ordered so if you want more chicken you will have to pay. Well, Red Rooster you have lost several customers, as we have all agreed, the attitude is crap! The order was wrong and inconvenience to me and my family, as we had to go out and find food in a storm!

Red Rooster Foods family size chips

When my husband got home with the family sized chips I opened them to dish them up. I had taken out a handful when I saw something brown. On closer inspection we discovered a moth in our chips that was deep fried so obviously cooked in the oil with the chips. We called the store to complain and we were told by the manager that there couldnt possibly be a moth in there as he cooked them fresh himself. So basically accusing us of putting it in there. I have three young children under the age of 4... I don't have time to deep fry a moth and put it in our chips. It is clearly cooked in oil and covered in the salt. Very disappointed and disgusted and we will no longer be buying our whole chooks from Red Rooster!

Red Rooster Foods chicken burger

Last night 14/03/19 at around 9.00pm my son purchased a chicken burger from this location. By 11.00pm he was throwing up and had pains in the stomach. He threw up all night and early hours of the morning. He could not go to work and has been layed up all day so far.

I'm guessing your staff were too lazy to make a fresh burger at that time of night or your chicken is not stored properly under strict food guidelines. I have full intentions of reporting you to Dept Health and Food Services.

Very disappointed to say the least.

hi i have Ordered this twice from online devilry from the alexhiil store in queensland both time i have changed the drink and both times when it gets to my door i only get a drink and chips i feel im been ripped off and i rang the store the lady sed theres nothing she can do about it il like ur food but not liking if somthing doesnt work no 1 can help u plz help me

Red Rooster Foods flava wrap

Hi there I've noticed lately that the flava wraps I order have changed. The tortilla seems different with lots of burnt bits on it. It used to be delicious, light and fluffy and now it's burnt and mediocre. I keep ordering it hoping it will be good this time and it never is. This has been the case for at least 6 months now. If the original recipe or the way it's cooked could be brought back that would be good. Thanks.

Red Rooster Foods management

I've been trying to get numbers to talk to someone higher then my franchise I'm at, I work at the Dandenong North as a Cashier, and the franchiser who owns it, doesn't pay on time, doesn't give us minnium hours of what we're surpassed to have, also does not pay us the right pay rates we should be given. He also changes contracts on us even though we have no signed it, he treats all staff rude and is a bully to all of us. I don't eve live us workers should be treated like this at any store. I want to make a change to the store and actually make it a better place. No one should be treated like [censored]. Especially out managers when they do all the work and do everything they can to help the store.

Red Rooster Foods unfair workplace

Unfair workplace manager thinks she deserves three days advanced for a sick day we called in an hour ago The manager answered an said "Red rooster Palmerston my name is Brandon" we said hi Brandon I can't come in tonight because I am doing something with my father "He said [censored]you" and hung out with no confirmation that he acknowledged and thenAnother manager posted on Facebook group "i'm sick of staying up and doing rosters just so you can call in sick and hour before your shift" even though we gave three hours notice in the employee contracts we are legally supposed to give two hours so they have time to give somebody one hour notice as in the employee contract. This is one of many complaints that I will be putting towards Red rooster to Palmerston Michelle and Brandon.

Red Rooster Foods incorrect order

Hi,

I generally don't worry about making complaints but today I went to your Kallangur store and ordered a large rooster roll meal, regular rooster roll meal and 4 chicken strips. When I got home we got the 2 meals but didn't get the chicken strips instead 1x pineapple fritter. This has happened a few time before where we didn't receive part of our order. Really not impressed.

Red Rooster Foods the manager at wilsonton red rooster

I went to red rooster wilsonton ordered a Flava wrap large meal add bacon they didn't wrap my wrap properly I drive my car half hour home to find out when I unwrap it and my tomato is hanging out the tomato wasn't fresh actually made me sick. I was not happy with their service the manager was rude when I called to resolve the issue he hung up on me when I asked for hes name to write a complaint

Red Rooster Foods large chips

Hi there,
On Saturday the 8th of December at approximately 12.30 pm I called in at your Berwick store (250 Clyde road)
To purchase large chips for my partner and I.
In that particular shopping hub I had 3 choices, McDonalds, KFC or your Red Rooster store.
Hands down my choice is Red Rooster as I thought you guys did the best chips.
Sadly I was so wrong, as my partner and I continued our road trip we were so disappointed with the tasteless dry/burnt chips we were served.
Tasted like the oil had not been changed in a very long time, you can see how disgusting they are in my attached photos.
To be honest we didn't even finish them and decided not to turn back to return them as we needed to get on to our destination.
I took photos of the chips and was hoping to send through the photos so Head Office could see how disgusting the chips at the Berwick store are.
I always used to choose Red Rooster chips for many years and what we were served had really put me off.
I don't know how the staff could even think that chips like that are even acceptable to serve!
I have not had the chance to send my complaint earlier due to the Christmas Season.
Also I would like my money back.

Red Rooster Foods wrong order delivered/dinner cold

Hi there we live in Mandurah WA, Tuesday nite 19/12/2018 we ordered our dinner form the Red Rooster store in Mandurah as we always do.
I ordered 1x Flava ..1xFish burger 1x Half chicken and chips 1x Pineapple fritter drinks and a coleslaw...
When our order arrived and we checked it we had a chicken flava instead of a chicken roll, mother in law doesn't like flava's that's why she asked for a chicken roll.
All our dinners were cold, I tried to contact the Mandurah Foreshore Store and the phone number supplied wasn't connected.
I had to ring another for them to contact me, when the Mandurah Foreshore store contacted me, I explained what our issue was and the manager was very rude to us, he didn't seemed bothered about our order.
I told him that I didn't like his attitude and I would be contacting Head Office.

We have been having Red Rooster for a long time now, but after this episode, we are feeling very disheartened and disappointed, feeling we wasted $58.00 on a meal that wasn't eatable.

Red Rooster Foods abuse

Hi I have 2 kids that work at your store in Orange N.S.W one of them has been an employee for over 1 year, the other has been there for 2 months he was previously at McDonald's for 2 years and was always commended on how good a worker he is. Tonight (and it's not the first time for either of them) my 15 year old son and another worker were called useless and yelled at constantly by a manager, I have asked at least 9 other workers to write statements on how this manager treats kids, and other workers.
Young kids have quit and or become quiet upset because of this manager. Myself and these other parents/workers are taking this further if it's not dealt with.

Red Rooster Foods not being able to redeem an offer

I received an email on the 21/11/18
stating I was entitled to a Free Regular Chips.
we have not been able to get this offer due to the red rooster card not being able to be swiped at the drive thru, and we went into the store and were told no such offer existed also on trips through the drive at this store we have not be collecting any points due to the faulty scanner

Red Rooster Foods half order missing

We went to our local Red Rooster at Kempsey last night and as you will see from attached receipt spent $72.43. It took along time to gather order, understandably as it was large. The young boy on the cash register got the cheesecake and 4 cans drink for us. The girl packing order, eventually came and gave us one bag, and I said is it all in there, desserts and all, and she said yes. We thought it looked to small to contain everything so we pulled it all out and checked it. We found two chicken gravy rolls missing, two gooey chocolate cakes missing, box of 4 cheesy nuggets missing and caramel sauce for the donut dippa dessert also missing. We also had for some unknown reason 6 small chips instead of 4. I have never had an order so wrong with so much missing before. It was soon sorted, but when we got back to car we realised the box of 4 cheesy nuggets were still missing so had to go back again. I can tell you I will never go back there again. The girl doing the order had the missing chicken rolls sitting next to her with the choc cakes and the man fixing up order went and got them, no apologies from her or anything. On receipt under nuggets it says no sauce, we weren't asked if we wanted any and if we knew we could get some sauce we definitely would have. I suggest you get someone high up to go get the staff there to do their job properly. One very unhappy no longer customer.

Red Rooster Foods roast dinner

Hi, on Sunday afternoon I went through drive through at west Gosford and got a rooster roll, 2 x kids meals and myself the roast chicken, peas small dinner. When I arrived to the picnic by the water they had not given me a fork and knife. I called the store and the lady carol replied we don't give them with dinner for one .. then I said I would contact head office and ask that and then she replied oh yeah we do this is not good service and then to lie to me. I would like someone to contact me or a number I can call? Please

Red Rooster Foods lack of appropriate training for new casual employee

To whom this may concern,
My son who is 16 years old, approached the Manager at Red Rooster 115-129 Mt Alexander Rd, Ascot Vale VIC 3032 about a month ago advising he was interested in casual work. He handed over his resume and advised that he was interested in taking orders or serving. My son was called to start a trial about 2 weeks after visiting and placed in the kitchen to cook, even though my son had no previous cooking or kitchen experience. He was told that they needed cooks. My son was not provided with any official cooking or kitchen training. He had literally stepped off the street into a Red Rooster Kitchen without any training. The manager (Mina) kept yelling at my son, telling him he was too slow and had to improve if he wanted more shifts. My son did not know how the kitchen worked or how to do things properly, so he would ask questions. Which I think is standard, considering there was no training offered at all. No safety training, no bio hazard training, no cleanliness training, absolutely nothing. When my son did ask questions, Mina would just raise his voice and get angry at him. Instead of taking the time to explain how things are to be done, Mina would just get angry and do things himself and not explain any processes. It was quite interesting though, as Mina wouldn't raise his voice at the other cooks who were Indian, and Mina is of Indiain heritage as well. This is clearly a from of discrimination by the manager Mina.
When my son began work on his first shift, the staff were all Indian and were all speaking in their native language and my son had no idea whether they were speaking about him. He came home completely disillusioned with his new casual job. How is a 16 year old boy meant to learn how to cook when he has literally stepped off the street and placed in a kitchen to cook and the manager has provided very little guidance and no training? My son did not join the army. He didn't need to be treated like he was worthless and that is how Mina treated him.
This evening, Mina told my son that a new cook was joining him and that my son could learn something from him. This is not encouraging. Whilst the two cooks were there, the manager noticed that my son was just standing in the kitchen as my son was waiting for some food to cook. Mina told him not to stand there and do nothing, but ask if the other cook needed help. My son did so, but the other cook did not need help. My son advised me that he was then asked to wash dishes, , which he did. Mina has advised him that at my sons next shift he will be alone and expected to prepare all foods, wraps and burgers. My issue is that if this is my sons 7th shift in the kitchen and he has just spent over an hour washing dishes, how is he meant to be able to deal in the kitchen on his own for 3 and 1/2 hours on a Saturday night? He is still not confident in the kitchen considering the lack of support he has had to succumb.

Mina has this all wrong. I feel Mina is incapable of providing the appropriate assistance and guidance for a 16 year old Australian citizen. He has been demoralising my son. This is not what I expected from management at Red Rooster. I think Mina should attend a Managers course on how to treat people with respect and ensure he provides appropriate food handling and kitchen safety training prior to placing a teenager in a kitchen to prepare food.

I am extremely disappointed in having to hear that my son was being yelled at every shift. Sure, he is no whiz in the kitchen, but he didn't ask to be employed as the cook, and he was grateful for the opportunity, but wasn't expecting to be disrespected the way he has been while working there. My son requested to serve and take orders, which is what Mina is doing, and if he is so confident in the kitchen, perhaps he should be doing his own cooking.

I would like this complaint to be made clear to Red Rooster. My son will be giving up this casual job as the treatment at Red Rooster can be described as nothing but appalling.
