This bank has horrible customer service. They gave me bad information that cost me $550. When I told them about it, they blamed me and said I should just know how their bank works. I asked them to provide a service that other banks can do in 3 hours. It took them more than 4 weeks! When I call to get them to do basic stuff, they get extremely angry. When I told them I was going to complain to the BBB, FDIC, and the Consumer Protection Agency, they replied "Do what you have to do, I don't care." Here is their official response to the BBB: "We are unable to respond to the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter." This is a terrible organization. Avoid it at all cost.
