My mother and I visited the show room at bishan and ordered a sofa in dec 2015. They got the order wrong and refused to acknowledge that they made the order. In fact, we suspect they actually delivered the wrong model on purpose as they probably had an existing one in their malaysia factoey. When my mom called in to complain, their sales person, belinda was rude and even threatened to call the police. This is totally uncalled for as they made a mistake in the first place. In the end, they did pick up the wrong sofa delivered and gave a full refund. However, they left a bad impression on consumers like us. Theyay have competitive prices and beware of their bad customer service!
