Dear Rakbank,

Do you just reply to the complaints registered on this board just for the sake of it or you want to take some action? I registered a complaint and immediately your reply came to share the contact details. I did and now there is no response from your side. So basically you are responding just to show people how much you care for your customer but in actual you don't. It's an awful way to conduct business with your valued customer, I am most annoyed that I wasted my time hoping that I will get some resolution.
