I have defaulted my credit card payment and i'm constantly in touch with rak bank people. Today I received a call from mr. Richard ([protected]) , he was very rude in talking to me. I told him I need more time to settle and he started abusing me and calling me a beggar and asking to go sit and beg in the railway station.

I never expected such culture from a bank. When I explained this to my friends they said good they did not use [censored] and b*****d word on you. Rak normally talk like that..

Its very bad from the banks part to pay for people who talks with no professional culture.

I will make sure this message is passed in all social media
