I am complaining about warranty on-site renovation.
I bought a wallet from your Nişantaşı store (İstanbul)in 27.06.2014.
I took away the nişantaşı store to have it repaired because of the wear on the sides of the wallet in 16.12.2016
The store employee told me that he would sent the product to Italy. After 2 months he said that the headquarters in Italy did not approve the product repairs and he gave me the product back.
I did not accept this situation and sent the product back on 02.03.2017.And it was rejected again by italy. I have always used prada brand in my business life and social life and I am very satisfied.
I can not accept this as someone who has done so much shopping from your brand.
If a world brand such as Prada is saddening the customer for such a simple repair, there is not much to say about it.
I would like to ask you to repair my wallet within the warranty coverage.
I do not want your brand's confidence and my loyalty to be damaged.

I bought a pair of foot wear for men on 25th June which cost 176 KD (580 USD)
The next day I decided to return it back for refund because the size did not fit my husband. I was shocked by the low standard of customer service! They told that they didn't have enough cash money at the store to give me! So they took my contact details to call me. However it's been a week and they never did! The manager was so rude, when I told her that this is a bad reputation anout prada and I will never buy from your store again, she said it's up to you!
prada 'amber' eau de parfum spray 1.7 fl oz
I purchased a bottle and it is still 95% still full. Unfortunately the bottle spray pump is not working properly so I'm unable to use it... I cannot find the receipt so I'm hoping someone will be able to assist me with either fixing it or returning the bottle for a new one.

fake product received
Hi! I had ordered a Prada double bag from Opulante.com (order no [protected]).but what I received, to my utter disappointment, is not the product ordered, also there is no certificate of authenticity, plus fake too...what hurt more is that they used UR NAME TO DUPE ME .Now they are not even responding to my exchange/return calls.
Have already been duped, that to on my anniversary gift...would not want anyone else to go through the same, ESPECIALLY BY USING YOUR BRAND NAME...hope u would do the needful.thanks
P.S.-am a die hard fan of Prada purses may be that is the reason they duped me.
inferior quality of spectacle frame
Had bought a frame of model number: UPS 51G 54.17 from a retailer called Rolex Optical in Kolkata, India, during a discount sale. The frames values at approx. Rs 13, 000 were purchased by me for Rs 7500
Within 4 month the nose pad broke and within 8 months the paint of the frame peeled off.
The retailer submitted the same to the distributor who intern sent it to Italy.
After a month I received communication that the same model is not available and I could pick a replacement model of value Rs 7500, which would not be a Prada or of equivalent brand value.
This was not expected of a Company like Prada. Firstly the quality is questionable, secondly why should I go lower down the value of brand.
Request a replacement set of the same model number.
I am complaining about my prada tessuto gaufre ardesia

I own a prada tesutto gaufre ardesia since 2011. The saddest thing is the color of the nylon has turned from grey to green in many parts of the bags. Please refer photos enclosed. I brought the bag to prada boutique in klcc and they just simply say that they cannot help me to restore the color back. I was really dissapointed and it should not happen to a bag which I spent thousand of dollars to purchase. The color keeps on turning green until I stop wearing them.
I write to you for an advise and I hope you can do something to help me. I am sure as an established international brand your company will be able to help me.
I hv even referred my bag to a few bag restoration companies and many of them said the decoloration was due to deoxidixation of the glue or gum at the edges.
I am not sure how true. Please help. I hope my complaint is heard and do revert soonest

Hi,
I have been your client since couple years ago. All my wardrobe is devided between your brand and burberry. But most of my shoes are Prada. And most of my Prada shoes are worthless since they are having a big problem and that the bottom of the shoe is tearing apart. And some of these shoes are not even 2years old and haven't been worn more than a couple of times.
I wish u could take this matter very seriously because its really frustrating specially when we are talking about a brand name such as yours and about shoes that aren't cheap at all.

This is Nivine El Nawawy, from Cairo Egypt. On March 26, 2017, I dropped my black Prada shoes in Prada shop in selfridges London to fix its heels and was told that it would take 4-6 weeks in repair. Since then, I have not heard any feedback about it either by phone, message or email although we are approaching a third month by now. Now that I am back to Egypt since long, and have friends or relatives going to London this week, I need urgently to receive your feedback about my shoes which I expected to receive long ago from a reputable brand like Prada. I am attaching the receipt I had from the store Officials .

Vi scrivo per manifestare il mio disappunto a causa del cattivo servizio ricevuto ed espongo quanto accaduto.
Nel dicembre 2016 ho acquistato nel negozio di Via Condotti a Roma, un bracciale che però dopo pochi giorni si è aperto ed è caduto a terra senza che abbia subito un urto.
Il giorno 5 gennaio ho provveduto a portare in negozio il bracciale, ed è stata avviata la procedura per la riparazione/sostituzione del medesimo. Non avendo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione, ed essendo ormai arrivati nel periodo marzo-aprile 2017, ho telefonato in negozio e dopo alcuni giorni mi è stato comunicato che avrei ricevuto un buono pari al costo del bracciale ( euro 350) in tempi “ragionevoli”.
A tutt’oggi non ho ricevuto comunicazione e nonostante io abbia telefonato in negozio due volte e lasciato il mio nome, non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Questo non mi sembra un atteggiamento corretto e rispettoso verso il cliente.
Alla luce di quanto esposto, vi invito quindi a provvedere al più presto all’emissione del buono perché i tempi di attesa (5 gennaio – 15 maggio) mi sembrano veramente lunghi.
In caso di ulteriori ritardi mi vedrò costretta ad adire per vie legali.

Dear Team,
I had bought prada sunglasses from India GKB Brigade Road Bangalore store India and its model no. Is spr09s540201ab-oa71402n.
My daughter by mistake spilled green colour on the Glasses and immediately I had rinsed the glasses with water and after wiping the same the glass has formed a small green colour patch which is not going with cloth.
And then I went to the shop from where I bought the glasses he said he will send it to company for repair and after 1 month he informed not possible. I really don't know whom to contact for the same . I have ray ban glasses and I had tried the same colour on them it easily went off, couldn't understand what is problem with this big big brand called prada . Request your pls check n fix my glasses if your team call yourself a big brand.
Black marks on t-shirt after washing
Yesterday I made a purchase at Prada, located in Bista village. I then discovered black marks located in various places on the t-shirt after hand washing it.
I was not impressed with this as I have made purchases from prada before, various amount of time and I have never expected this. Prada is a very high status brand meaning the product produced should be of great quality too. I have made many purchases from Prada in the past. I have used the same method in washing all of my products and I have never experienced this before.
After paying £80 for a cotton t-shirt and taking care with washing it by following the steps given by Prada, I was very angry and annoyed with the end product to find stains on a brand new t-shirt. I expected Prada to deal with this complaint by either replacing the t-shirt or a full refund.

Dear Sir/Madam
My Boss purchased a purse from the airport as a gift, however the purse is already being to show signs of poor manufacturing. she has had the purse less than a year an is only used on special accessions, therefore I believe this should not happen.
As you will see from the pictures attached the purse has worn on both corners showing the leather through, which is just not good enough, for a high range brand like yours.
We have all the documentation that came with the purse, apart from the receipt.
Please get back to me soonest on this.

Prada sunglasses for men / ap10977292
I bought in paris a pair of prada sunglasses for men with the code ap10977292 (those numbers are at the corner of one screen).
And those were worn for couple times (no more than 20 days) since i bought them and the edges of the shades (screens) are peeling, like if they had some plastic cover and it is falling. Also one of the bars felt apart (i have the screw).
I want you to refund or replace or fix my sunglasses because they were worn just few times and are alle ruined.
I want to know the procedure to have a refund or repair or what to do about this issue.

Dear Prada Customer Service, I bought, in your Store at last Vegas Crystals Shopping Mall on September 8, 2016 (transaction reference number [protected]) pair of black nylon thong sandals (see model in reference above) thinking that the style and the quality of Prada, will be more than supported to pay this amount of money for a pair of sandals: $627.27
I just begun wearing them inside the house in February 2017 and even though they are very comfortable, the sound that emits every time I wear them destroy any previous quality adjectives.
The sticky sound that I hear when I walk is so annoying . I actually have barely used them due that. Not even outside my home.
Because I have to admit, that the proportions, straps dimensions of this sandal are perfect, I recommend you to redesign this footed with maybe a perforated leather that allows than the air between the foot and the leather escape to avoid the sound. Just satin, you have expert on your design department.
Those sandals are really nice in style, but wear them not so nice.
I don't know because of the months passed since I bought the item could qualify for a return or not. Send me your best proposal and I will consider it.
Thank you for the time spent reading my concern, but so beautiful and recognized brands as Prada, shouldn't be affected for a design issue.

prada candy cologne spray bottle
Mt husband porchased a gift set of Candy spray cologne, lotion, and roll-on bottle for Christmas at an Ukta store. I have used the spray bottle only 5 or 6 times, and now the spray will not work at all. That is money down the drain. I tried to work out an exchange with Ulta, but it is past their return date. Unfortunately, the spray did not stop working sooner since that is the case. Is there anything you can do to help. I'm sure a purchase of less than $100 is no big deal to some people, but my husband is retired so it's important to us. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

when i checked my bag its zips were not working properly, got stuck .i asked them today 13th march to check it.they admitted their fault by saying afterall its made by human(which i was not expecting from high end brand salesperson).then they said if i wanna same color i had to go to dubai mall .i went there they brought the new bag with slightly better zips.i said can i get refund as its factory s fault which they were admitting but they plainly refused.i even asked them that i can exchange with other bag but again the deficit remaining at store s end was 1200 dirham and i think atleast they can refund that but they simply refused.i m a big fan of prada but today i ve totally lost faith.noone in my friends actually believing it

I totally agree with you, Looks like prada doesn't care anymore about their customers. You can't imagine how i was treated in Prada Marina Mall Abu Dhabi, the attitude of sales associate like she owns the world and me i'm piece of [censor] 5sorry for bad words), even if i like the design and Prada style i don't tollerate this kind of customer service. Better to buy from other luxury brand where the sales associates make you feel like a queen and not humiliate you like Prada does

I bought a sandal from boutique prada in milan few months ago, and I didn't knew that the shoes had defects. At the time when I knew it has a big wrinkle on the right side, I went to the boutique to ask if they can change it. But the shoes that I bought was alreade finished so I bought another shoes instead. The problem is the staff's behavior was terrible. They acted like they own the world or sth and told me to trash the shoes if I don't like it. And the strange thing is I bought another pair of shoes from outlet prada serravale scrivia in milan. And the shoes that I bought also had defect. At the moment when I was buying the shoes the stuff told me that the shoes has another discount, so I bought it. But when I opened the box it has a big defect and so I went back to the store and told them and what they said has had me shocked. They said I only spent 275⬠instead of 350⬠and said I am lucky lol. Then I said then I want to buy the same shoes with no defect and will pay 350⬠but theere wasn't left another pair. So I told them they should have warned me before I was buying it. And I angried at them and hey said I can get my money back but they will block me from buying from prada. So incredible. It wasn't even my fault and know I see that when prada made sth wrong amd the client makes complain they just threaten their clients by saying they will block. I just can't believe it.
Now that prada has enough clients and enough fame they just don't give a ### about their product qualities and their behavior of their staff. All the other boutique and stores of designer brands are so polite and always respect their clients but not prada. Shame on prada. Hope you will succeed with this ### service and defective products!

So, after 3 years, the lenses have oxidized/ rusted, according pictures attached. Is it possible you repair it?

the website above selling all fake stuff to be claimed as OEM products. The website not only provide the fake information, they put all original photos of the bags to con the consumer to purchase the fake bags. I feel disappointed on this and no control has been taken to stop all these. I spent thousands to get a Prada from store and they can easily sell one for few hundred only. I think legal action needed to be taken to stop them. Or else, it will destroy the Prada reputation.
