Plumbing Force Gas Engineer not turning up but money taken from credit card

Called Plumbing Force and was guaranteed a plumber would visit today between 3-6pm.
At 1.08pm they took £102 from my credit card and then at 2pm telephoned and said the engineer was delayed and not coming today (Convenient!))
When I telephoned the company to request written confirmation that they had cancelled the earlier transaction, they would not provide this in writing (why not?) - upon asking why this was they became very rude.
Not happy with the service at all and concerned that they make promises, take funds and then cancel appt ! Reporting these to Trading Standards too.

Plumbing Force Booking a call out with Plumbing force

I booked a plumber through PLUMBING FORCE, at 1pm on the 19th Jan 2016, they assured me that a plumber will be with me between 2 and 6pm They took my credit card details, We were freezing in the house, Then they called at 5.50pm to say SORRY, We can not make it, our engineer is too busy in another job that took longer !! that is very irresponsible, now I am calling other companies to late for anyone else to come over
