In December 2017 I received a call from Platinum Trust Card stating that I was approved for $9, 500 credit card that could be used at various locations. The annual fee was $89.00 which was deducted from my bank account on 1/4/11. When I received the card a few days later and found out that it could only be used in their "online store" and that the merchandise was garbage basically and that you had to pay 50% upfront for purchases I called the company the cancel the card and have the $89.00 refunded. I was told the card would be cancelled but the $89.00 was non-refundable and that I was told this when I agreed to get the card. I was told nothing about anything being non-refundable during the original phone call. Today, 2/8/11, I received a call from my bank that Platinum Trust was trying to take an additional $19.95 from my bank account for monthly fees. When I call Platinum Trust they told me my card had been cancelled. Do not accept any calls from these people and certainly do not allow them access to your bank account or personal info.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i got a call a few days ago from a company called platinum trust card (ptc), and someone from the company said i was able to get 9, 500 credit limit he had already had all of my info mail, bank, so i then remember i fulled out for a loan with payday loan yes the day before... he said i would have t pay a fee of 89.00 before i can get the card he had known the next date i get paid and said thats when they would take the money out of mah bank then so i said i will call back with a diffirent date, so when i called bck the number was no longer working the very next day... i kept tryna call the other number i was given and so stays busy. all they want is your info its sad cause i only 21.
A guy called me on 09/28/2017 stateing his name was Keith and that he was calling from platinum trust card company. I knew i had applied for a loan day before that and was confused by why and how he had my banking information come's out that the company is a scam and just want's your money good thing i dont have anything in my account cause they would have gotten me for a free 89.00 I don't even use that account hardly but i am still going to call my bank and close my account so i wont have any overdraft fees. THEY ARE BIG SCAM ARTIST AND DON'T CARE ABOUT NO ONE BUT THIER SELVES!

these people called me yesturday and i went ahead and told them i was interested but now that i see these complaints i want to cancel it but when i call their number is saying all circuts are busy i would like to know if there is a web page to cancel from if any one can tell me email me at bigernhrdtfn3@inbox.com
