Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] / no internet service

I would like to submit a complaint that we have already reported that we have no internet since July 2018. Until now repair service was not yet done. I keep calling your hotline but i cannot talk to anyone except the machine.

The machine keeps telling me that the service has been deactivated when in fact the internet has not been functioning since July. Therefore why should we pay for services we did not get to use?

    Do not expect 'em to fix the issue. It'll be fix (If not) within the next 2-3 months
