Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] / continuous intermittent internet connection without response from pldt

We have been suffering from PLDT's poor services since April to May of this year and still suffering from the same problem now. We have encountered a 3 week no internet and no telephone connection during that time and still been charged for that month. We've been contacting their hotline but there is no representative from them. We even contact them regarding the problem in their website, but still no response. I really hope you can help us. Thank you so much.
