Pegasus Airlines / return flight to middle east stopping in turkey

4 hour delay 3 hours of which we speant inside the plane, after paying for meals online the stewards refused to see the tickets for proof. This is only on the way to the stop over in turkey, does not have any customer services in uk. Turkish customer service doesn't speak any english, you can't make this stuff up. When complaing at the desk you are told to contact the number were staff just hang up on you or speak in turkish.
The rudest and most inconsiderate staff of any airline. Would rather ride a hedgehog then use pegasus, simply the worst. Awful
