I emailed customer service last week and spoke with them last week. Was told I could exchange since there was an error from what was showing in my cart to what was "ordered" and then sent. Now I'm being told I cannot exchange them and I HAVE to order a new pair because they don't process exchanges. When it was an error on their website not my error. I spoke with a man in customer service today and was told his manager would call me back that she just went into a meeting and I would hear back this afternoon. It went 5 hours before hearing from and she sent an email with no effort to call. It's been 4 days since I sent an email to the customer service listed in the website and not a word back. I am highly disappointed that this is how you represent your company. Especially since almost $100 was spent.
