I ordered a pair of childs slippers for an xmas gift and they were never delivered. Their site has no phone number so the only thing I could do was write them and complain. I have done that twice and have heard nothing. below is the last email I sent them.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have had a similar experience. No product, no response. This is not a reputable online company, and I wished I had done my research before buying from them.
