Outdoors Onlineyeti cups

I ordered 2 cups on 12/4/16 and still haven't received. I have had multiple chat conversations and been told "we are sorry for the inconvenience they are on the way". Spoke with Nate on 1/27 was told 5 days.. Still haven't received anything.. This am as I tried to go on the companies webpage.. It will not load? Filing a report with the BBB and will go to my bank to dispute charges..
