I ordered 2 Yetis on 01/01/17 and basically have the same problem everyone on here has. I keep being put off 5-8 more days blah blah. I requested a refund and was told bc it was in shipping (which I still had to wait 5-8 days) that the order couldn't be cancelled. I would advise everyone who requested a refund but was refused one to file a dispute with their banks/credit card companies due to fraudulent activity and not receiving the goods and services. Enough of those complaints they will lose their right to accept credit cards. It will be their burden of proof to prove you got the goods.
