I placed my order the day after Thanksgiving 2016 (order #66628) for a Yeti 20 oz tumbler. I have not received it. I made multiple attempts to contact via phone with no luck. Tried email and received nothing back. Three separate times I was able to make contact on chat and each time told it would be shipping within 5-8 days, 5-10 days, within the week and nothing was ever received. I would like my money refunded. The customer service rep on the second chat told me he had no option for authorizing a refund.
