SkyBooker Review: Don't Use This Site - They Ripped Me Off!
I done booked my flight to Amsterdam thru SkyBooker for a Delta flight, but all them flights got cancelled. Delta done said they gonna give me my money back, but SkyBooker ain't so keen on that. They only wanna give me a credit for a future flight. And get this, the credit they done give me was $50 less than what they done charged me in the first place! When I done asked them about it, they said they was keeping their service fees. And to top it all off, they done said I can only use this credit if I book my future travel thru them. Now, it's been three months and they done gone and charged my credit card again! And I can't even get nobody on their customer service line to talk to me. If you don't wanna get ripped off, don't use this site, y'all!
Disappointing Service and Hidden Fees: My Experience with SkyBooker
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with SkyBooker. I mean, I get it, Covid has thrown a wrench in everyone's travel plans, but that's no excuse for the way they've been treating me. I had to rebook my flight back to Canada from Europe, and when I reached out to them for help, they just refused to do anything. They told me it was the airline's responsibility, but the airline told me it was SkyBooker's job to help me out. It's like they're playing hot potato with my money and my travel plans.
And don't even get me started on the service fees. They charged me extra for everything, and when I asked them to explain why, they just gave me some vague answer about "processing fees" and "administrative costs." I mean, come on, be transparent with your customers! We deserve to know where our hard-earned money is going.
Honestly, I don't even know if I can call SkyBooker a travel agency. They're more like a money-grabbing machine that doesn't care about their customers. It's like they're deliberately trying to hold back money from us. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on anyone.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend booking with SkyBooker. Save yourself the headache and go with a different travel agency that actually cares about their customers.
Skip this Middleman: My Disappointing Experience with [Company Name]
This company ain't all that great, to be honest. They're just a middleman, and they charge you a fee for finding the cheapest ticket, which ends up being more expensive than if you just went to Orbitz or Travelocity or something. They might try to tell you otherwise, but if something goes wrong and you can't make your trip, you're out of luck. I picked a ticket that specifically had a change option, but now I can't change it. And if you try to email them about it, you'll get a message saying that the server is messed up or something.
So yeah, I'd say it's best to steer clear of this ticketing organization. They're not worth the hassle.

Disappointing Experience with SkyBooker: Hidden Fees and Unfair Refund Policy
So, I gotta tell you about my experience with SkyBooker. I was planning a trip to Italy from the US in January and I found a flight on their website for $1,300. I was pretty excited to finally be able to go on this trip, so I booked it right away. But then, in May, the flight got cancelled. I was pretty bummed out, but I figured I would just get a refund and try to book another flight later.
When I contacted SkyBooker about the refund, they told me that they would refund me $800, but they were keeping $500 in fees. I was pretty upset about this, because I had paid $1,300 for the flight and I didn't think it was fair that I was only getting back $800. I tried to talk to them about it, but we couldn't come to an agreement, so we put the conversation on hold for a few weeks.
During that time, I was waiting to hear back from Lufthansa about the refund amount. When SkyBooker finally got the refund from Lufthansa, they told me that they were submitting a refund of $800. I was really surprised by this, because I had never agreed to accept only $800. I had been waiting to find out the full refund amount before making a decision.
In the end, I lost $500 in fees and I didn't get the chance to use the full amount as a credit towards another flight. I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience, and I don't think I would use SkyBooker again in the future.
Terrible Experience with Skybooker: Unresponsive and Unhelpful Customer Service
Last year, I decided to travel to Barcelona, Spain from Phoenix, Arizona for a three-month vacation. I booked my round-trip flight through Skybooker, which I found online. I was excited about my trip and couldn't wait to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona. However, my excitement was short-lived when the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world, and my flights were cancelled by American Airlines.
I was disappointed, but I understood the situation and expected a refund from the airline. However, American Airlines informed me that I had to contact Skybooker for the refund. I was a bit hesitant, but I contacted Skybooker, hoping to get my refund as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected.
Skybooker was unresponsive and evasive, and I had to follow up with them several times to get any response. I was frustrated and confused, as I had followed all the necessary procedures and expected a refund. However, Skybooker kept giving me the runaround, and I never received my refund.
I was disappointed with the service I received from Skybooker, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to help their customers is unacceptable. I would advise anyone looking to book a flight to avoid Skybooker at all costs.
In conclusion, my experience with Skybooker was terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable, and I hope that they improve their services in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Skybooker: Credit Issues and Poor Customer Service
Skybooker is a website that I recently used to book a flight. I had to cancel my previous flight due to covid and they gave me a credit of $700. However, when I tried to book a new flight using the credit, I was told that I could only use about half of it. They said that the new flight was in a different flight "class" and that's why I couldn't use the full credit. I was really disappointed and frustrated with this situation.
I tried to ask them if they could find me a flight in the same "class" so that I could use my full credit, but I didn't get any help from them. I called and emailed them numerous times, but I got nowhere. It was really stressful and I felt like they were just trying to pocket half of my credit.
I eventually gave up and used the credit for the new flight, even though I couldn't use the full amount. I was really disappointed with Skybooker and their customer service. They didn't seem to care about my situation and just wanted to take my money.
I would not recommend using Skybooker or their other name, "Airfare Experts". They are not trustworthy and I feel like they are just trying to scam people. It's really important to be careful when booking flights online and to do your research before using any website.
Terrible Service and Unfair Fees: My Experience with SkyBooker
This company, SkyBooker, is not a good choice for booking flights. Their service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. I recently booked a flight to Germany for the summer, spending $2000 on tickets. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, the airline canceled my flights. When I contacted SkyBooker about a refund, they charged me a non-refundable service fee of $300! I couldn't believe it! Why should I have to pay for a service that I didn't receive? I called them four times to try to get an explanation, but no one was willing to help me. As a single mom who saved for five years to take my daughter on vacation, this was a huge disappointment. Now, we won't be able to go on vacation until I can save another $300. It's not fair and it's not right. I will never use SkyBooker again and I will never recommend them to anyone. As a travel agent, I make a lot of bookings, but I will never use SkyBooker for any of them.
Skybooker's Attempted Refund Fraud During COVID-19 Pandemic
Skybooker (skybooker.com) is a travel agent that I recently used to book an Air Canada flight. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my flight was canceled. However, Air Canada agreed to provide me with a full refund. I reached out to Skybooker via email to request my refund, but I was shocked to receive an email from an employee named Randy Thomas. In his email, he requested a $200 fee per person for the refund to be granted and asked for partial credit card details. This seemed suspicious to me, so I decided to call Skybooker directly to request my refund over the phone.
To my surprise, the customer service representative granted my refund immediately without any request for fees. I believe that Randy Thomas was attempting to commit fraud by trying to gain personal funds from those seeking refunds during this difficult time. I have tried to contact Skybooker directly by phone four times to speak with management about my concerns, but no one has been available, and no one has called me back as requested.
I am worried that this fraudulent behavior may be more widespread than just one employee. It is unacceptable for a travel agent to try to take advantage of customers during a global crisis. I hope that Skybooker takes this matter seriously and investigates any potential fraudulent activity within their company. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from the companies I do business with, especially during these challenging times.
SkyBooker Review: Refund Issues and Poor Customer Service
So, last year we had a flight to Europe that got cancelled because of COVID. SkyBooker offered us a credit, but we couldn't find a flight that worked for us to use it. So, we asked for a refund instead. They agreed to give us a refund, but they kept 25% of it for fees. They never explained how they calculated those fees, though. We agreed to it, and they issued a refund, but it was less than what they had promised us. We've been trying to get the missing amount for the past three months, but they won't respond to our emails. When we call them, they tell us that it will be processed within the next 3-10 days, but it never happens. We don't think they have any intention of refunding us the remaining amount. They won't honor the amount they agreed to refund us, which was already a lot less than what we paid. We don't want you to go through the same experience as us, so we suggest you avoid using SkyBooker.
Skybooker Review: Untrustworthy and Unreliable - Avoid at All Costs
I had a really bad experience with Skybooker. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't seem to be honest and they don't want to give you the money you deserve. My flights were cancelled because of COVID-19 and the airline told me that I was entitled to a full refund. But when I contacted Skybooker, they told me that I had to get the refund from the airline. I was really confused and frustrated.
I called the airline and they told me that because I had booked through Skybooker, I had to get the refund from them. But when I contacted Skybooker again, they still insisted that the refund would not come from them. I felt like I was getting the run around and I didn't know what to do.
In the end, I decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I was really relieved when they told me that I would be credited for the charges. I also plan to report Skybooker to the BBB and the US Department of Transportation. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I went through.
Overall, I would say that Skybooker is not a trustworthy company. They don't seem to care about their customers and they don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes. If you're looking for a reliable travel booking site, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
