Our 365 Portraits Bad business

When i first used them my son was about 6 months and my mom brought the package where they were suppose to come back for the next 3years. They didn't come back till he was 3 about to turn 4! But what I really don't like about them is that you can only look at the pictures once which I never even heard of. They were late calling me to look at the pictures then the lady tried to force me to buy something! She kept showing me the colleges telling me I can get those and then when I choose one she told me I couldn't get that for my free 5×7! Its very stressful and I wouldn't recommend them to nobody

Our 365 Portraits RUDE Sales People

The person that took our pics was wonderful and professional. But then a week later the person that wanted to sell the photo package at an outrageous price was super rude. We probably would have bought the package if she wouldn't have been so rude and wanted to work with us. We wasted our time with them and we are very disappointed with the overall experience.

First off, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I had a photo-shoot of my 2 month old daughter on 23 September 2011. A week thereafter, an employee from the Our365portraits arrived at my home to discuss possible packages for the recent photos taken that prior week. Satisfied, we chose the cheapest package that cost $416 (Which had everything that we needed including a CD).

Anxiously waiting for the photo's to arrive, we received them within 10 days. Upon opening the package, the CD was already damaged. I then, immediately, contacted Our365portraits to discuss the CD-situation. The representative told me that it would take an additional 10 days to get the CD sent out to me, which at this point is now ridiculous to wait so long. Once again, another week later I receive the CD. Only to find out, the company sent me the incorrect photos (photo's from the hospital). Furious at this stage, I contacted them once AGAIN and the representative told me that I would have to wait 2 weeks to get the CD because she had to get hold of the so-called rep that was affiliated with the order.
How pathetic can customer service and communication get?!
Waiting an entire month for one CD - absolutely absurd! Now all the vouchers I wanted to use to purchase calendars and photo frames with online, is now expired.

I will never refer this company as they have disappointed me in every manner.
I understand someone can make a mistake, but several times is unacceptable.

Our 365 Portraits Photography, packages

My husband and i purchased a photo package of our infant in the hospital. We thought it was an ok deal. A few weeks later, we got a phone call telling us we had a free in - home photo session and a fre 8x10 as part of our package. So, i scheduled our session. The session went well and our potographer was nice. While she was there she offered us a "deal" where we could get 3 more in - home sessions and free 5x7 with each session for $80. We were told this deal could only be offered by the photograper and this was the only time we could get the deal. My husband and i thought that was a good price so we purchased it. The real slap in the face happened three weeks later when we had to schedule an appointment to look at and purchase the pictures. I spent time on the phone with a very nice and friendly woman and it went well until it came to the packages. My husband and i figured we could buy some photos and also get the cd of photos to save for later. When going over the packages, i was shocked to discover how expensive they were. We should probably have asked, but the prices had been reasonable up until then. When we saw the prices we asked about the cd. The woman told us the cd alone costs $360 since they give up the rights. That was the slap in the face. My husband and i are not cheap people and are willing to spend money on a good product. The picture packages were anywhere from 400 to 1000 dollars which, for the product, is way overpriced. We went ahead and purchased the pictures. After, i consulted with another photography company for a comparisan on prices. I was mortified to discover they would sell the cd of pictures along with the rights for 60 dollars. I couldn't believe the difference in cost and the samples of photos i viewed were of the same quality. My husband and i feel like we were duped. Now, we have three more photo sessions with this company and we know we are going to be forking over an outrageous amount of money. I could fly my friend who is a very successful photographer for well known companies and executives to my home and purchase the pictures for less. He would also give me all of the proofs on cd for free, which is what he does for all his customers. I do not recommend this company unless you have a money tree in your backyard and are willing to pay for average quality photographs.

Our 365 Portraits Customer Service

I had been contacted by an Our 365 customer service rep to schedule my son's pictures for his 2nd birthday. When she called me, she wanted to schedule an appointment at my old address. I told her that we no longer lived there and that a photographer had been out to my new address previously. She said she just saw the new address, and would call me back when she had appointments available at my home address. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK! I waited for 3 weeks and placed two calls yesterday, both of which went straight to voicemail during office hours. I did not receive a call back, so I called again this morning. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes when a woman took my information down and said that if I am not called back by 3 pm that I should call back. Not even two minutes later, another woman called me. As soon as I answered, she started accusing me of hanging up on her twice while she had me on hold. She was very rude as well. I promptly started to tell her that I had not hung up on her, that some other lady took my info down and told me I would get called back. She then said, "Oh, ok. Well, we have been trying to reach you since August and you never answer your phone!" Again, I interrupt her and tell her that I have been contacted after August and spoke with the person who CALLED ME. I explained to this rude woman that the reason I called today was because the first woman NEVER called me back to book an appointment and she needs to get her story straight because I have done neither of the things she is accusing me of. She was very rude booking the appointment. Customer service here SUCKS! You will never receive a phone call back if you leave a message and be prepared to get yelled at because the customer service reps have no clue whats going on.

365 Portraits came to the hospital here in Boynton Beach, Florida to take my son's pictures when he was born and then again to our home at one month. The photographers were nice but pushy. Each time my son wanted to sleep but they would shake and rock him awake to the point where he would scream and cry. 365 came in as we were being discharged so we had a room full of family trying to pack and sign papers and then this lady wheels in a huge machine to take his pictures and review packages with us. Completely intrusive and we were all stressed as it was having our first child, being discharged, and the in-laws visiting at the same time. I was forced to breast feed my child in front of everyone because he was so worked up at being over stimulated-I wanted to cry! Needless to say the pics turned out not so cute! Also, when the photographer came to the house he took tons of pics and only less than half of them turned out because of problems with the camera. I missed out on a lot of cute pics. I will never get them back because we did not know this until two weeks later when we sat down to review the pics that they were missing. I could have taken them myself with my digital camera. My son was a month old when his pics were taken. He is now two and a half months old. They take FOREVER to get your pics out to you. By the time I mail the one month old milestone pictures out to my family out of state my son will be four months old! Not to mention they were so extremely expensive. 365 offers a free 3x5 but what they don’t tell you is you have to order a set and the cheapest was $411 which is what we ordered. Studio One does a much better job for half the price and you get your pics in less than a week. Plus they airbrush the pics as well. The only good thing about 365 is they come to your house. I will never use them again.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I paid an additional $84 to get the price of $411 to be a "club member." Way to make my first experience a great one 365! I will never get that moment back or the pictures you lost! What a rip off!

I had my newbors pics taken with Our 365 Portraits...also known as Growing Family (many people use in the hospitals after they deliver). I purchased a extra package for $60.00 dollars for this man to come to my house 3 more times. I revcieved the pics and cd that I purchased for $419.99 and I went to look at the photos on my computer and there were NONE on...
