Os Car Rental review: BURGLARY 1

I have been working with Turkish Airlines since 22 years. I have travelled to more than 40 countries and 371 cities. I always rent cars but this is the first time that I see that kind of behaviour. It is a big burglary, dishonesty.

On the 14th of November we went to Catania. On arrival, we went to OS-CAR Rental Office and applied for an automatic car for three days including full insurance and navigation system. We paid 200 EUR for preauthorization with our credit card.

Then when we went to the car with OS-CAR Rental Offical. The navigation was not working. We went to a repairing office and waited for fixing. While we are going to the repairing Office we realised that the offical was always changing the gear. Me and my friend are using automatic car for years but we have never seen an automatic car like that. The official was saying this is automatic, automatic, persistently. Very funny. Anyway we had just three days in Sicily and did not want to loose time.

When we left the car back to you, we paid the invoice and they told us that they have cancelled the preauthorization which costs 200 EUR.

But when we went back to our country we have seen that they had charged 200 EUR. The reason is there is a small damage.

- İf there is a damage, we should not pay for it, because we have full insurance as we applied and paid extra money for it.
- How is it possible that the damage is as same amount as the we paid for preauthorization.
- I have photo of the car which was taken on the same day after we rented the car. The damage was there before.

NEVER RENT A CAR FROM OS-CAR RENTAL OFFICE OF CATANIA AIRPORT.
