Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Fakes and exaggerated prices

After doing some research on this company I have come to find that it is a huge scam and a huge waste of time and money. First off, their retail prices are GREATLY exaggerated. Most of the time you can the same prices on ebay or aliexpress, sometimes even cheaper Just one example being currently they have a little owl necklace online stating that the retail price is $39.99, and that have this supposed amazing price of $7, that is so laughable! The exact necklace is sold currently on ebay for $0.99. It is just a plain zinc alloy cheap necklace but they lie about the retail prices to make it appear as though you are saving an insane amount of money. Also I have noticed that the shipping time on their items is extremely slow which leads me to believe that they just dropship directly from China. And not to be harsh on China but they are widely known for their fakes and knockoffs as they do not have the stringent guidelines as they do here in the USA. Just about any silver toned piece of jewelry that you get from China will be stamped with .925 signifying sterling silver but 90% (probably more) of it is just plated bronze and nomorerack sells this garbage and tries to pawn it off as high priced, designer products

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Misrepresented merchandise

I am not new to online shopping, I'm pretty sure when to avoid an online scam. But these people really drew me in. I ordered an Italian alligator embossed purse, I'm not stupid, I knew it was probably going to be fake plastic stuff but the price was good so I ordered it. When it arrived, I took it out of the packaging, there was no tissue paper that you usually find in a new item. I looked inside the purse and there I found pen marks as if someone had pushed an uncapped pen down into the purse, crumbs in the pockets and actual lipstick marks on the sides of the lining inside the purse. Then I inspected the outside. The handle was already losing the plastic outer shell. This is a well used purse sold as an off the rack, just got a bargain price. Not cool. Ok, if this was the only bad experience I'd be ok with that. I also ordered at the same time a pair of children's gold cross dangle earrings. When I got them they were gold foil and they dent and fold just like tinfoil. Not so great.

Nomorerack owns a developing history of not taking care of business when problems arise with a customer.. More often than not, the customner will resort to Credit card chargeback and BBB comnplaints to get resolution.. The above response for NMR is boilerplate for them and far from what they really intend to do.. I have similar expereinces with bad product, ;long shippinhg, no response from CS and posting phony tracking numbers to delay action to resolve... JUST A TERRIBLE EXPEREINCE WITH Nomorerack

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Horrible company

I purchased 4 items from NOMORERACK.COM and after waiting for an extended period of time and no communication with the shipment status, I went to their web site and asked for an update as to why I have not received my items. Their response was to CANCEL MY ORDER and inform me that they were going to refund my payment but it would take 1-2 weeks before my payment would be reflected.

I am wondering if this happens to many people. IF they have the money in an account and are earning interest off the money then would this not be considered FRAUD.

They only cancelled my Order AFTER MY INQUIRY. Shipment takes 2-3 weeks... Horrible Business Model.

I talked an individual and then to the Manager (MARKEY) and was informed that it happens a lot but I would get my money back. I was going to purchase more products due to their low pricing but Never Again.. Scam/Fraud/Dishonesty are things that come to my mind...

Stay Away from doing business with them.

I order a lot of things from nomorerock especially their sheet set 1800 threading I have no problem them when washing your sheets put on delicate or hand wash cycle . I like there products. Sorry you all having problem but my experience with them is great

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Cancellation denial

Received an e-mail and was initially impressed and placed an order (11/17) for the advertised Tablet priced at $59, for which I did not get a confirmation email, which should have come and included an order number. Foolishly, I hadn't done due-diligence prior to placing the order. An hour or two after, I started to get a bad feeling and went on line looking for reviews. It was very depressing to see how many negative reviews there are. I had to search for positive reviews. I also wish to comment on the deception of "24/7 customer service" which actually is only available during specified hours. You are instructed to e-mail, which I did, in addition to leaving a voicemail message that I wished to cancel my order. I asked that they confirm my request and stated I would be calling in the morning to double-check. I followed their instructions in their cancellation policy to a 'T' and called again in the morning at 9 a.m., as I told them I would. Initially, I was told there was no record of my e-mail or voicemail, as well as it would be "too late to cancel." I had checked with my bank and there was a "Pending charge from Nomorerack.com for $59." I demanded to speak with a manager, who gave me the same outrageous garbage. But he did 'manage' to find my order--(of course, they had already processed the payment).
He told me I should 'refuse' the package when it comes, supply them with a tracking number, and a refund would be issued, but he couldn't/wouldn't say how long it would take. I again checked the reviews and found NUMEROUS complaints of refunds never received. This outfit is a
sham/scan, and the public should be made aware.

BUYER BEWARE! I just tried to sign up on NOMORERACK with my E-Mail. While doing so the screen disappeared. I reopened a new one and went directly to ordering a pair of winter boots. After I entered my information and submitted the payment, it stated my order was approved and then the screen went blurry and posted some nonsense picture reference my info and credit being protected. NO, I did not want any of their BS purchase protection plan and tried to close off that picture but it wouldn't let me. I tried to backtab the page but that wouldn't work. For the heck of it, I printed the screen which printed my order number and what I purchase along with all kinds of other profucts. The actual price was correct but why would it produce all these other products? VERY STRANGE TO ME. I went and checked my E-Mail I attempted to sign up with and it did show a thank you for signing up but there is no way to track my order. I also received another E-Mail reference me having the FREE PROTECTION PLAN that I DID NOT sign up for. I would suggest to others to be very careful of this site...appears to be a SCAM! I am hoping my order goes through but I don't think I will be ordering from this place again after going through all this. Choose your sites wisely everyone. Thank you.

Right after I placed and order, I tried to get into my email account of 20 years and have a notice that says someone is using my email account. I have never had this problem before and I do a great deal of online purchases.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Closed my account without reasons

The products offered by this websites are substandard. I bought handbags that they claimed to be "designer" on their website. However, upon receiving them, there's no label or brand at all what so ever on these items. Not only that, they are poorly made, holes in the inner lining, missing inner attachment, mistakes in sewing, etc. Poor quality control for other types of items as well. Kids shoes missing the "Jewel" accent, earrings with broken clasps, holes/damages in the shipping container, etc. They also sell you items that are out of inventory or just don't pack all the items for shipment.

When I complained about the condition of these products, they were "gladly" giving me store credits to order replacement or buy something else. They said there's no restrictions on how to use these store credits. However, after a few weeks, they just up and closed my account and canceled all my orders.

I asked why they did that. First they said I violated their policy by having multiple accounts or coming from multiple IP's. I told them I only had one account and only ever made purchases from my home pc. Next they said that I used too many store credits. I pointed out that all the email they sent said there'd be no restrictions on store credits but sure, I would keep that in mind in the future and politely asked them to reactivate my account. Then they said they couldn't sell to me anymore 'cause they couldn't ship to my address and that somehow I wouldn't get them. I responded with the fact that all shipment were received except for 2 items, where 1 was out of inventory which they informed me on their own accord. Then, the other 1 was just missed in the packing/shipping stage which was clearly evident on the packing slip. Finally, they just said they were done talking to me and there would be no more communication on this matter.

When you buy from NoMoreRack, they touted that you're protected by buySafe and that they are a Google Trusted Store. So I tried to get some help from these entities.

I contacted the Google Trusted Store requesting their help to resolve these issues. NoMoreRack gave more lies. They told the GTS rep that the orders were never processed, which made GTS unable to help me. The morning before they canceled my account, I checked my order history page and all orders were in processing. Not to mention the fact that I had gotten the "your order is approved" email the night before on all of the orders. Apparently, GTS also can't help you if you make your purchase with store credit. Then they told GTS's rep that they had talked to me explaining the circumstances why they closed my account which never happened. They told the GTS reps that they had refunded me any purchases I had made. Well, they did that by issuing store credits which became useless when they just closed my account. So in truth, there was no refund of any kind. They refused to provide proof or give more details to the GTS rep due to "confidentiality" issues.

I filed disputes with the "buySafe" website which claims to help consumers resolve disputes with merchants. Well, 2 days later, still no a word from buySafe, even though they website claims to respond within 24 hours.

NoMoreRack closed my account and forced me to forfeit hundreds of dollars of store credits. Even after that, I was still getting email from other NMR departments that they would issue me more store credits for items not shipped, etc.

So, if you have money to throw around and wouldn't mind inferior products, go ahead and shop at NoMoreRack. Just know that their store credits may not be worth anything if they decide to close your account.

I initiated a dispute with my credit card company, who then contacted NoMoreRack on my behalf. NMR has refunded the entire amount of my original purchase. I'm happy with the resolution.

A rep from NMR called to tell me that they felt I was complaining too much about their products and they were giving me too much store credit. That's why they closed my account. Instead of improving the quality control on their end, they put the blame on the customers for making complaints and prevent customers from using the store credit.

Buyers beware. Do not accept their store credit because it'll mean nothing when they close your account because you have too much store credit.

I have contacted NMR several time trying to find out why they closed my account. Here's what they replied with: Nomorerack is not required to provide information as to how or why the account was flagged as fraudulent.

Buyers beware. Do not accept their store credit because it'll mean nothing when they close your account without even giving you a reason.

As a customer, I am sorry that you received poor merchandise. Having had happier experiences, I had my wife choose a new purse from NoMoreRacks. We paid $39 for a $240 purse, and it is made very well out of real leather, which surprised me. It is a great purse that is solidly made. My wife loves the interior and she is well pleased with it. She said it is the best purse she has ever owned. So while your purses were defective, hers is perfect. We also love the very soft sheets we got for $29, and my two shirts are made exceptionally well and are very comfortable. Sorry for your problems, but as an average consumer, I praise them highly, and suggest them to others. My wife's mother saw her purse and now she wants one, too.

I ordered a purse a purse last might the order 9321368 I hit 2 by accident. When I went right back in and tried to cancel it would't let me . I called this morning and told them I didn't need 2black if I could not canel the order could I just change 1 black and get a different color blue . I was told that I had to take the order like it was and and couldn't send it back. I am not happy about able to change a black for a blue. The person I talked to was not very nice. I will not be ordering from you anymore and will share this with others

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Sold me useless product

I purchased 2 sets of printer ink for my HP printer on a today's special through nomorerack.com. at $22 a pack and $44 total. I received my ink and was not out of ink in my printer until today. I did not even fathom that I would have to scrutinize every bit of this product. I opened the mailing bag and checked that the ink still had it's seal and tabs on them and they did. I replaced my old ink with their new ink. I get a pop-up stating that I can not use setup ink, setup ink is only for initializing a new printer and can not be used at this time. I feel very used and taken advantage of. It is almost like these people walked into my account and removed $44.00 from it. This ink is useless to me and anyone else who would purchase it. When you buy a printer it comes with setup ink, why would I in my right mind buy this. I feel this company was very deceiving in this instance. I have been told by the company that they would not refund my money because it is past the 14 day return policy. I feel that they sold this to me under false pretenses so they should return my money. Ordered 2 shirts for my mom to be sent to apache junction, az.One of them shipped there pretty fast, the other one went from california to illinois.HOW THE EFF does that happen?!...They wouldn't give me my money back and "they were out of stock of the item i ordered" so they gave me store credit.What makes them think I wanna buy something from them again? NEVER! DONT RECOMMEND THIS SITE WHAT SO EVER! STAY AWAY!

I had somehow gotten on an email list - found the prices really low (that should have been my first clue and ordered five items for a new apartment. I used a billing address and added a separate shipping address - again, just moved. When I received an email confirmation that two of the items were shipping, I checked the address - shipped to my billing address. AFter trying to call several times, I used the site's live chat and sent emails to customer service. Nothing but lip service and not real help. When I finally got through to someone on the phone, same problem and the so - called supervisor informed me that when the order is more than $100 it goes to the billing address. He said a pop up should have notified me of this while ordering (it didn't) and there was nothing they could do to rectify the situaion - even after I suggested at least correcting the other three items that had not been processed. Customer service stinks! I am sorry I ever ordered from this site. I think they border on fraud.

My brother ordered boots for my daughter in size 9. I guess they did not have it in size 9, so they sent us size 8. When she tried them on, she could not even put her foot through. I contacted Nomorerack right away. It took them several days to get back to me. When they did, they said that the boots were bought under "final sale" and that we can't return them. Now, we have boots that we can't use. My daughter still needs boots, so I have to go out and spend more money to get another pair. Where is the bargain? No bargain here. I am better off spending more somewhere else where I know they will fix mistakes, especially when it happened to be their own.

I tried to place an order online and forgot to add my company name to the shipping address. I called 20 seconds after I hit send and they told me they couldn't do anything about it... I said well I am not going to get the product if I don't add my name to the shipping address. I was told SORRY... what does sorry do for me NOTHING... I had them cancel the whole order... very disappointed with there service.. will not be ordering from them again... I hope people check this before order so you don't get caught up with problems...

Nomorerack.com is a vicious band of thieves! I ordered over $324 in products, most I never received...they only credited me $7.00 for a charging adapter! Then told me, after I had to wait months because the items are shipped from overseas...and are not the brands they claim to be, that I would have to file a police report for every item! Their employees are given fake names to appear to be from the same country as orders are placed from! When informed that too much time has passed and the police would look into mail fraud, their emails stopped...my $7.00 of the missing $324.00 credit disappeared...and my complaints listed as closed! They have every angle covered and all has been swept under the rug!

Absolutely terrible. Yes, the prices are good... But you get to wait a week and a half to even receive your item. God help you if you have to contact their customer support though. I've been "working" with them for close to two months on an issue caused by them, have already returned the item, and have not received a refund as was stated. So, basically, I just fed them $91 for nothing. Their customer service was incredibly unhelpful before I bought the watch, and remains as unhelpful after the fact. They don't answer questions you ask, just feed you canned responses (Which are written in extremely poor english). Don't pay with pay pal! By the time you get fed up with arguing with their ###ic customer service department you'll have gone over the allotted time to submit a claim. (Paypal sucks too, but that's another matter all together. )

I ordered 4 android tablets January 2nd and the tracking info was never updated although Nomorerack sent an email stating the items were "shipped"... I wrote them an email on the status of the order a week ago and I received no reply. So I emailed them again yesterday evening after writing a disappointed email regarding the worst online shopping experience ever and it so happens that the order ships at 7pm last night according to an UPS update... did the vendor really just wait until I wrote an email complaining to ship my order? I am disgusted I will never order again.. my kids have been waiting... I would not recommend anyone to order from them.

MY wife ordered an Invicta watch for $98.00 + $2.00 shipping when I found out I tried to cancel the order an hour later. Nomorerack would not allow me to cancel the order although their policy states you have 24 hours to cancel. They shipped the watch which took 3 weeks to arrive. I contacted them to obtain a return merchandise authorization number but was told that was not needed. I mailed them the watch and another item on 01/04/13 via USPS registered mail. They received the watch on the 9th but claimed they couldn't find it in their warehouse. As of this date 4 phone calls 6 emails and still no refund. First the wanted the tracking number now they want it to be scanned. What a bunch of crooks!.

It has been 32 days since I placed an order with nomorerack.com and I'm still waiting to receive my purchase, although it has been "shipped." I have contacted the customer service several times and actually received two emails giving me two different shipping information. First, they said it had been shipped with DHL and they gave me a tracking # which was bogus. Next, they said it had been shipped via FedEx but the tracking # they gave me showed a delivery was made to an address located in VA, I live in NC. Next, they gave me ANOTHER tracking # and the FedEx site shows the package being received two weeks ago, and I can expect a 4-day delivery (huh? This doesn't add up). The customer service rep, "Joe" emailed me yesterday requesting my name and email, which again doesn't make sense since he addressed me by my name and sent me an email (really?). Do not waste your time or money on this company.

I ordered a food storage set which was very flimsy and was missing pieces. When I opened the product the packaging was already ripped open and pieces falling out so I counted the pieces and I was short 10 pieces. I was going to consider it a loss and move on however I considered my options on ordering from the again and wanted to see how customer services was if I had a problem so I contacted them back. Initially it seemed positive. They seemed concerned asked me to take a photo an send it to them. they responded that it would take a couple day while they contact the vendor. All said and done, two week later and a few more back and forths, the vendor states there in no way that the package was sent like that. I said "ok i'd Iike a refund them". Then the said "ok, but upon the return they would check the product to verify" its all there. well that was my point and the reason I was returning because its missing pieces. so I figured they were just gonna deny my refund because pieces were missing and I'd be out my money anyways. Now I just received an email stating they wanted to be proactive giving me an AR stating vendor has not received my return. It just feels shady. Its been over a month since the purchase. I would not purchase again. Its not worth the trouble

I ordered a pair of shoes and I tracked them to Texas, however I live in Missouri. When I called I was told they would look into it and call me back within 24 hours after a week I called back and got the same run around. After four weeks they said they could not get the shoes for me but gave me a credit on my account but did not refund my money to my credit card. I would not ever trust them and would warn my friends to not order anything from this place.

I purchased beats by dr dre earbuds at about half of the retail price'. However it came in plain envelop without the box or instruction or warranty information,. Just the earbuds in the envelop". You don't even know if it is genuine or made in china knock off:.

Then it broke only in 1 months, and contacted them about the warranty because genuine beats by dr dre comes with 1 year warranty. Then their answer is:
"i apologize but unfortunately the only information I have on this product are the details posted on the deal page. We try our best to gather as many details as possible and provide them on the deal page but at times information from our suppliers is limited. "

Basically what I understand is once it is sold, they don't care if it broke or if it even has warranty. Stay away from this seller. Probably the item you get is a fake.

I bought the MID Android Tablet as a gift NEVER WORKED SIZZLES when you plug it in . I was given run around and told contact manufacturer. Manufacturer never got back to me. Also same order was a pocket Blue tooth, doesn't work either. Oh no rack will ask send photos then blow you off

Not only did I not order two sets of the same dress, but they sent me 8 dresses and charges me twice what was advertised on Facebook. It does you no good to try to talk to them they will not listen to you and the things were cheaply made and would not even fit me when I got them. I had to give them to a 12 year old girl. They also do not send you a receipt or how to return the merchandise once you have received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FOREIGNERS CHEATING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.

Don't trust the misleading nice descriptions. Most items are either cheaply made and or defective. End up wasting money w/ worthless products and frustrations. Bought over 10 different items from nomorerack.com this pass month or two. Toshiba Universal charger- did not fit our laptop. Could not return since we gave it as a gift and it was passed the 14 days before we got it back from our nephew. Bought a kiddie tablet, the picture looked so good as well as the descriptions, only to find out the screen showing all the icons are just a big piece of colorful paper not really a screen. Did not get a reply back when asked for returned instructions. Camcorder DXG high def 20x high zoom. Worked 2 times recorded son's school plays, 3 weeks after received date, it did not turn on anymore. Asked to see if anything could be done, it costed over $125.00, Again, NO was the answer, it has passed the 14 days. Expensive Lesson learned, no more rack purchases for me ever again.

I purchased a pair of noise reducing headphones from this site. I kept trying to track my package down after waiting almost 6 weeks after I put the order in. Every time I clicked on the tracking number, it came up as an unknown tracking number, so i couldn't get any answers there. I ended up calling the customer service number the day after one of my neighbors let me know that another neighbor, that's been known to not being very honest, got MY package delivered to their door. Even though the address was correct, the delivery man went to the wrong house. Customer service was not very helpful, as they couldn't get the correct tracking number either. A week later my headphones finally arrived. They ended up NOT being noise reducing AT ALL, plus only the left side of the headphones actually works. I emailed nomorerack with my problem, but they did not respond. I really thought i found a great site to shop, but after this ordeal, i have decided not to order from them anymore.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Selling fake/counterfeit lifeproof case

I bought a iphone 5 Lifeproof case from nomorerack.com. After it did not perform as stated and had a broken piece on it, I contacted Lifeproof as stated in the box. Lifeproof verified that it is a knockoff/counterfeit case and they are not a seller of Lifeproof. Below is the email I received from LifeProof.

I have sent multiple emails to nomorerack asking for a refund with no response. Now my emails have been closed without resolve on their website. Horrible company.

I also bought Apple headphones from them. I am sure they are knockoffs as well since I come to find out that you can't sell Apple products that cheap.

The Serial Numbers on the case (back cover sn: AL43205854P, front cover sn: PAL43206514) indicate that it is a counterfeit of a LifeProof case and not one of our authentic products. and told me the product is genuine thank G.D

Where do I begin? I got 2 items, coming from different areas, had to send them back, the shipping cost me more than the items themselves. So I talk to live chat and she keeps telling me to read the return policy. I was furious that they don't tell you, in advance, that you do not get a REFUND, but an IN STORE CREDIT. I never wanted to order from this store again and now I'm getting an IN STORE CREDIT! I did call the customer service number and that lady was helpful and gave me a refund on my pay pal account. But, wait, not the whole amount. Somehow, I still got the in store credit, providing the remainder of the credit. Now I have to order from them again and wonder what the quality of the item will be.
I ordered the infrared knee pad...I got one as shown. A week or so later, I get a different kind all together...plus it's in a size XL. I have very skinny legs and don't know where they got this size..it doesn't fit, but I'll not go through this process again. Hopefully I can find someone to use it, cut my losses here and never order from them again. Wish I had found this site before I ever ordered, I will know better on future purchases. PEOPLE, PLEASE don't order from this store!

You know the saying a picture is worth a million words. Well. I screen printed every page with my account, my ups label that was created, but not shipped. I saved my online live chats to text document and I am gearing up for making a change. This company needs to be shut down. I purchased items for my business, my teenage daughters and more. I have yet to receive them. Well the conversation I had with the live operator online got me no where. They claimed it has not been more than 30 days since I purchased the items. On their website it says 10-14 days I pointed that out to them!
I had several hang up phone conversations until I threatened to get a hold of New York Attorney Generals office did someone actually speak to me on the phone without hanging up, but yet nothing was resolved. I gave them until this Wednesday before I contact the Attorney General's office. If I do not have my product at my door by then. I think that is more than enough time. A guarantee delivery date on a website is a Guarantee. If not then they should put on the website. We don't know if you will get your merchandise, because we are just a bunch of idiots going through several drop ship companies. Oh yes-- That is what they are doing. They are going through drop ship companies, charging more than what the company actually sells the item for- Most of which are knock offs- If you would like more information on how you can get this company to stop what they are doing feel free to contact me. Or The Attorney General's office in New York, USA.

I will not become a raving fan of nomorerack.com. Why?
The description of the products were wrong-
The items were not as described.
The tablets do not have usb ports- The keyboard was said to fit the tablet I bought it does not. There is not a port to plug it into.
The shipping was only expedited after I had said I would contact the Attorney General's office.
I always save invoices, receipts etc when I purchase online and always do screen shots and cut and paste conversations to protect myself as a consumer.
I am trying to run a business myself and I would not want my customers to feel that they are not getting everything they asked for.
You have very poor customer service- People hanging up on customers- Rude.
Your company needs to figure out the system much better.
Also be honest about the product you are selling. Low grade product will still sell just be honest and you will keep your customers much happier.
Also better change your shipping times from 10-14 days on your network to 30-45 days on your network so customers know exactly how long they have to wait.
I-- however don't understand why someone would have to wait so long unless the product was being made.
So-- No I will not become a raving fan, I however hope you take my suggestions into consideration and get some of your rude customer service phone operators. Especially the one named Kim-- Very Rude. She hung up on me!

Yes, we as consumers need to band together to get this ridiculous company shut down. I order an item over two week ago and still have received it, so I called and told them to can my order and issue me a refund. Well, this past weekend I had the shock of my life when I went to the store and my card was declined. Well wouldn't you know it MY CARD WAS HACKED! and the fraud department at my bank thankfully caught the transactions and closed my account. I live in N.C. this company is based in N.Y. and that where one of the charges came from. So, I put two and two and did research on this company and ran into all these complaints the BBB has over 1500. Wished I did research before providing these scam artist my debit card number. How can possibly still be in business company started business in 4/23/12 bbb received complaint 8/12. WOW!

I ordered Christmas gifts and they were wrong sizes and more than half the order never showed up, they said I never paid so they cancelled. I said I gave my card number and it was on my bank statement. They said send a copy of the statement and they will send a refund. I sent it recently return receipt requested and I am waiting for the receipt and hopefully a refund.of over $400. dollars.

I also ordered sheets at the end of February that never came. I was given a FedEx tracking number on March 1st, but that tracking number has never gone anywhere beyond "FedEx received info" So it's not coming. I have sent three emails asking for my money back, and I keep getting the reply that it takes time to work these things out. No it doesn't! Ship the products you sell or refund my money!

I ordered products for Christmas and didn't come in. I was able to get a respond thru email indicating the products were oversold and the refund was issued. Yes the customer service is not great but I was at least got a hold of someone and I got the refund as promised.
I have orders many times after the incidents and have no problem. In fact i just received my order yesterday. My advice: be patient and do pay attentions to product details before ordering.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com There are much better sites that have similar deals

I received an ipad 2 cover with a bluetooth keyboard for Christmas. Immediately upon opening it, I plugged in the charger and the circuit board inside snapped. I notified customer service the following day. Then I had the (mis)fortune of having 5 different customer service representatives proceed to email me and tell me that I needed to ship the product to them at my own expense and that they would refund me with store credit. I told them that reputable online sites had a postage paid return policy, especially with a defective product.

Then the last customer service representative told me that they really had a return policy of SEVEN DAYS, and because I had not responded within a week, I could no longer return the product.

Stay away. There are much better sites that have similar deals. They sell defective merchandise and have no desire to make things right with a customer.

Ordered boots, supposed to be here for christmas, then by 27th of Dec. By email, I was told fed ex confirmation #; Fed ex received electronic shipping request, but never got an actual package picked up and in route. Email says, may take 2-3 weeks, and to contact them after 30 days if I don't have my purchase. I think this is just a scam. Bad people. BUT what goes around comes around and comes in twice as hard! So nomorerack... good luck with that, and don't send me the stupid form letter to email you at experience @ nomorerack.com. I ahve seen it on several other comments and it is just more of the same scam. RIDICULOUS!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com This site is a complete sham - stay away

I ordered a pair of "Faux Fur Australian Boots" that were supposed to be worth over $100 and I paid $22. Even though the ad clearly implied that these were Ugg boots, I was not expecting the real thing for that price. The order took weeks to arrive (totally missed Christmas which is what I ordered them for) and when they arrived they are ugly, cheap and probably not even worth the $22 I spent on them. The tag clearly reads "made in China". I could have gotten better quality at my local Payless! This site is a complete sham - stay away!

So I too have been scammed by this company. Ordered the $22 dollar boots on Thanksgiving, received emails assuring I would get before Christmas, DID NOT! Then they said order was shipped FINALLY on Dec. 28. I checked everyday for a week and the only thing my tracking # would show was just a shipping label created, so once again contacted them to find out that "oh they can assure me it was shipped, but must have been lost"...sure it was. I ordered ALL of my christmas presents online and not ONE was lost except this order through them. Anyway, they have now given me an instore credit instead of my money back, which is total horse crap...like I would really want to buy from them again. Does anyone know who I can report this to to try and retrieve my $? I know it's not a lot, but it's the principal of the whole thing...they should not beable to just take ppls money. I could see if I actually received the item and returned, but that wasn't the case.

After receiving a set of sheets with two flat sheets and no fitted sheet, I emailed and asked to return the flat sheet and receive a fitted sheet. First response: "We do not do that". Me: Then please send a prepaid postage envelope so that I can return the entire set. "We do not do that" I finally, after 4 weeks of back and forth emails with 'Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction" but all the time telling me "we do not do that. I finally packed up the sheets in a flat rate priority box, left it out for my Postperson. No response after two weeks. I again emailed asking for my credit. Response: we have not received your return so we cannot replace or credit it. Of course, the sheets never came back to me so, of course they received them. I never did get either a credit or a replacement. Absolutely criminal!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com The customer service is very quick to respond but not to your specific issues

I have never reviewed a website but felt inclined to do so for this one. I do not want anyone to have the same experience I did. I did not read any reviews before I used them and wish I had. Any of the reviews about the Ugg Australian style boots could have been mine as my experience was very similar to the ones I have read they are not exaggerating or quick tempered. Very frustrating experience. The customer service is very quick to respond but not to your specific issues. The e-mails are either a standard response or computer generated. I waited 6 weeks and numerous e-mails, they said they were going to refund me, then the order was sent ect. When I did finally get them they were the wrong size, the bag was incorrectly marked, and the quality was awful. I cannot even give you anything to compare it to as the quality was so cheap. Over all, poor customer service, poor quality of product, poor shipping time(6 weeks). Would NOT recommend this site.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com I wouldn't suggest shopping at this site even to someone who I couldn't stand

I placed an order on Nov 25th after I saw an ad to the right of my facebook page for Women's Australian boots for $22. A savings of 117% plus free shipping on your first order. I planned on them being a Christmas gift to ME from Santa.
Immediately the money was pulled from my bank account.
December 11th, I got an email stating they were very busy, but promised to have my item arrive in time for Christmas. It did not
I got another email on December 29th, that the boots were shipped, and they also gave me a tracking number but advised it could take up to 48 hours to update. It never did,
January 2, I emailed them, asking where my boots were. My email was sent at 12:53. Exactly one minute later, at 12:54.. I got a pretty long email from "Joseph" stating that my order was reviewed he was sorry to report that my boots were lost in transit and they'd issue me a full refund in 5-7 business days. I knew something was fishy after seeing how quickly they responded. In one minute, he looked into and typed all that? I don't think so. So I called the customer service phone number.
She was tired, aggravated, but did her best too really look into it, and all she could tell me was that the tracking # was invalid, and she'd send my matter to corporate. I asked for a manger. That's when she told me, they were only a CALL CENTER and infact NOT customer service.
So I emailed Joseph BACK to ask why I was given a fictitious tracking number. His email again came very quickly and he was sorry to inform me (excuse #2) that by the time I ordered those boots, they were already out of stock because the suppliers didn't provide nomorerack with enough to meet the demands of all the orders. Again he said he'd refund me. (As of yet, he still has not)
So I thought it was over
I got another email, this time, it was from "Jane" as if Jane was unaware this matter had been handled by Joseph, she provided another excuse. I wrote back to Jane and explained that I THOUGHT Joseph had handled it, and didn't understand why Jane wrote back to me also after I thought my matter was resolved. After closer inspection.. both Joseph and Janes emails were word for word EXACT. That's when I realized, no one was looking into, or handling anything, and these are stepford type emails. 3 days ago.. January 3rd.. I got another shipping notification email from nomorerack with another tracking #, that doesn't work. I wrote back to "Jane" demanding to know IF I'd be getting a REFUND OR my boots. I suggested someone get a clue.. and said somethings that probably weren't nice.. and Jane wrote back and said, she so sorry to tell me, there are no boots.. they never had enough to meet the Christmas demands, and it's all the suppliers fault. So WHY then I asked do I keep on receiving notifcations that they were SHIPPED.. Now I'm getting SUPER angry. Jane's last email to me was that, I'd be receiving a FULL refund for my inconvenience of not receiving the boots by the promised date, and I could possible still maybe expect to see them sometime at some point. I may end up getting them after all. However, still no boots still no refund. Don't ever, ever order anything from these people. Total scammers, one department has no clue what the other is doing.. there is NO customer service, the emails are just pretyped computer generated responses. Nomorerack needs to be reported, shut down, and locked up. Complete scam artist. I'm disgusted and angry. Worst online shopping experience EVER, and I do A LOT of online shopping as I have health issues and am on permanent disability. Big disappointment. Those boots looked like uggs, and I wanted them. I can't walk in heals, I need flat shoes, as I have balance problems.. and I've never had uggs, being on SSD you don't make a whole lot.. so those boots just seemed like they'd be perfect! I'm so mad. I wouldn't suggest shopping at this site even to someone who I couldn't stand.

I have shopped exclusivly on NMR for two years and only once did an order get delayed. Out of 50 some orders. All my friends and family use them also and have always been satisfied. Problem is, people that are satisfied never write on these types of things.

Wow now im nervous. ..I ordered a vacuum and some other items and recommended to friends...I had no idea about their return policyand really hope what I'm reading is not true...too many people are saying the same thing...I thought it was too good to be true but seen it advertised on television I thought how could it not my fingers are crossed!

Ridiculous. Should have done my homework too before ordering. Doesn't seem worth the $22 to get the run around. Perhaps a class action lawsuit is just what this company needs.
