Dear Sir,

I am holding FD worth 40k still there is no update from the company on repayment FD maturity. Even no response from the company.

please update if any one has any information.

Non payment of fixed deposits payment by Company NEESA LEISURE LTD, Gandhinagar. Company has Indulged in cheating and fraudulent activities. we had submitted the FDR's to the company for the repayment. Instead of repayment, the company
of its own has renewed all the below FDR's for a period of additional six months. In the company's brochure of fixed deposit form, it was clearly mentioned that they will send the advanced repayment cheques but now this also has been stopped by the company.

This arbitrary act on the part of a company is clearly a breach of trust towards many small depositors like us. You are therefore requested to issue necessary directions to the company for making repayment immediately and stop
this illegal actions towards us

Dear sir,

I have invested in neesa leisure company's FD and it got matured in 2014. (Fdr # 5443. Inr 30, 000).

Till then i was flowing and calling them for my principle and interest amount but no use. They don't even care our emails or calls because of the strong political background.

I have invested from Bangalore RR Finance/investors into this fraud company. We must take action against both neesa & RR till we get back our money from them.

सब लोग मिलके रजिस्टरी द्वारा एक लैटर पीएमओ और एक लैटर सेबी को भेजो और एक कॉपी मीडिया को भी भेजो..
सभी बड़े भ्रष्टाचारी लोग ऐसे ही पब्लिक का पैसा हजम कर विदेश भाग जाते है. भारत में एसा कोई कानून भी नहीं है जो इन लोगो के ऊपर मात्र शिकायत से ही कारवाही कर सके.
अभी हाल ही में जिन्होंने कानून का सहारा लिया उनसे पूछो की उनके ऊपर क्या गुजारी है.जैसे तैसे तो उन्होंने यैसी कंपनियो के ऊपर केस किया .सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जुर्दिशिओन का हवाला देते हुए सभी केस ख़ारिज करवा दिए .बेचारे केस करने वाले. दुवारा से वकीलों को फीस कहा से दे . और इन केसों को लेकर जालसाजो के इलाको में जाए .अधिकतर केस ख़ारिज हो गए. जालसाजो की मौज हो गयी..अब संसद में नियम पास किया की केस वही चलेंगे जहा चेक क्लियर के लिए लगाया था.लेकिन अब क्या होए जब चिडिया चुग गयी खेत.!
अधितर केस तो ख़ारिज हो गए या लोगो ने वापिस ले लिये .
बेचारे लोगो का क्या कसूर है ? लोगो ने तो सरकार द्वारा दी गयी परमिशन वाली कंपनियो में ही तो पैसा लगाया था. वे सभी रजिस्टर्ड कंपनिया थी. फिर उनके ऊपर केवल शिकायत करने पर ही उनकी साडी सम्पत्तिया जब्त क्यों नहीं की जाती . कोर्ट केस में पब्लिक को उलझाकर कंपनियो को भागने का मौका कयो दिया जाता है.
ये एक सोचने का विषय है जो की कालाधन बनाने में कंपनियो को सहायता करता है.
जब की इस समय भारत में भ्रष्टो को सबक सिखाने की आवश्यकता है तो सरकार को इस बारे में उचित कदम उठाने चाहिए.

ऐसे ही एक कंपनी "नीसा लेज़र है जो की अहमदाबाद की होटल चैन (दी काम्बे ग्रुप) है जिसके मैनेजमेंट ने लोगो से पैसा लेकर और सरकार को चुना लगाकर अपनी बहुत बड़ी होटल चैन खोल ली थी.और अब वह लोगो का पैसा वापिस नहीं दी रही है.जिसके मैनेजमेंट मे मि.संजय गुप्ता है उनकी पत्नी नीलू गुप्ता है.
वे लोग पब्लिक को बेब्कुफ़ बनाने में लगे हुए है कहते है होटल बेच के पैसा देंगे. लेकिन दो साल में एक भी होटल बेच नही पाए .और बेच भी दिया होगा तो पैसा विदेश में ट्रांसफर कर दिया होगा .कोई सुनने वाला सरकार में तो है नहीं क्योकि दो तीन बार तो हम अहमदाबाद और गांधीनगर जाकर पुलिस में काम्प्लेंड की थी लेकिन कोई सहायता नहीं मिली . क्योकि उनके ऊपर कोई कारवाही करने में सबको डर लगता है.जब पालिक ही सहायता नहीं कर सकती तो उनका तो भगवन ही मालिक है.
जी हा सही है ! भा!रत में तो यही सत्य है

I have FIX DEPOSITES WITH M/S NEESA LEISURE LIMITED OF Rs. 70000 and 75000 vide fdr no. 12350 and 14045 and matured on 6/3/2014 and 27/8/2014. company has neither paid principal nor interest amount. Instead of repayment, the both cheques was return to uncleared due to insufficient fund from bank. fdr no. NLL/15186 AND NLL/15187.

My name is Prakash and in July 2011, I got a phone call saying that i had won a free holiday courtesy cambay holidays.We were invited to a demonstration at Gurgaon, their office, where Arun (Manager) and one of his female associates Nimmi explained to us the various schemes and facilities offered.we decided to take the 10 year plan and we deposited Rs 23519 .we were told that the remaining amoint will be collected by emi .But due some unfortunate circumtances I lost my job and I told them that i want to withdraw from the membership due to financial problem but of no use.
Since then we have tried to contact them but 90% of the time either their phone comes as busy or nobody picks up.on a couple of occasions when we managed to get through and we asked for our hard earned money to return, we did not get a satisfactory response.
these people should be punished and jailed.

Selling the membership on false statements. Here is the attachment sent to Mr. kalpesh employee of Cambay Family Holidays for suitable action on 03-10-2009.

Dear Kalpeshji,

In the context of the above subject, I want to bring the following things under your knowledge.
1. I received your email-ID from my resources.
2. My family was invited for the presentation by the Cambay Family by your representative Ms. Snehal.
3. After a presentation of your offerings given by Snehal and Mr. Deepak Kapoor, I was initially not interested as I am not the person who goes for holidays frequently. But other offerings like selling the one week was attractive, which made me to get this membership. After a long discussion, I opted the membership of one year initially with 21 more days, with option to sell my week during prime time.
4. I paid Rs. 3000 initially and given the post dated cheque of amount Rs 9, 879/= that was collected by Mr. Deepak Kapoor and Ms. Snehal from my residence.
5. I was waiting for the membership cards and other documents from your side which was expected after the 15 days of the complete payment. Since It was delayed, I visited at your Vashi, RaghuLeela Office for the reason. There I came to know, after discussing the point no.3 again with you, that lots of commitment was wrong.
6. Based on that day talk, I requested you, for the cancellation of membership and refund of my paid amount. On view of that I had submitted one application in writing also.
7. You had also forwarded my case to the Gandhinagar head office. But there was no response yet.

It is requested to kindly follow up the matter, and resolve it asap. As a employee of such a reputed organization, such delays are not expectable as it is effecting the reputation of your organization. So waiting for your favourable reply soon.
