Maine 15 Dec ko My Hub Travels ke sath Goa ka package book kar ke ek badi galti ki... Pahle Mujhe sales executive Mr. Amit ne puri scheme batayi or package cost 24100 batayi (5 Day 6 Night) jisme Hotel+Cab dono include thi or kaha ki aapko 50% of payment advance karna padega so that hum aapko booking de paye, and maine 15 Dec ko 50% payment My Hub Travel ke account me transfer kar diya, to mujhe kaha gaya ki aapko 2 din me booking mil jayegi... after that 2 din baad mujhe call aata hai ki hum aapko 2 din ki booking de rahe hai (jabki pahle baat 100% booking ki hui thi) kyuki aapne 50% payment kiya hai, ya to aap baki ka 50% payment kar dijiye to hum aapko puri hotel booking de denge warna aapko 2 din ki booking de payenge, to maine kafi lambe discussion ke baad balance amount 12, 100 transfer kar diye 18 Dec ko... uske turant baad mujhe call aata hai ki aapko baki 5000 Rs GST ka or pay karna padega.. (Jabki abhi tak ke sabhi procedures me GST include tha.)
To maine kaha ki ye baat pahle bata dete, to bolte hai ki sir galti ho gayi aap 5000 or transfer kar do, to maine package cancel karne ko kaha kyuki kafi sare hidden facts jo ki mujhe nhi bataye gaye the. To discussion ke baad unhone package cancel kar diya 20 Dec ko or kaha ki aapka refund 7 se 21 working days me aajayega aapke account me...

Kafi Follow ups ke baad mujhe 6000 Rs mil paye Feb 2018 as refund, and from than till now i am still following up for the balance 18, 100...

Tab se le ke aaj 24/4/2018 (More than 4 Month) mai abhi tak mere balance 18, 100 ke liye 50+ call kar chuka hu, har baar galat commitments kiye jate hai, fake dates di jati hai... or to or ek do baar to inka employee Mayank mujhe badi battamizi se ye or bolta hai ki "Tumne mere account me paise nahi dalwaye the, Company ke account me dalwaye the, Company se mango, Mujhe Phone Mat Karo..." I have recording for that also... to maine jab mail pe complaint ki to uska bhi kuch sahi jawab nahi aaya...

Maine 28/03/2017 ko consumer court me complaint file ki hai and same us under process...

Please i suggest you to all the readers not to be with My Hub Travel...

    Company has already refunded 6000 rs,

    Now we have some financial issues so, please provide us some more time for refund the amount .

    Ab jab maine consumer court me complaint ki hai to mujhe bola ja raha hai k pahle aap apni complaint wapas lo uske baad paisa refund hoga, uske bina aapka refund process nahi ho payega... ??? Sahab mera paisa refund ho jata to mai complaint hi kyu karta...??? 4+ month se mera refund hi to process nahi ho raha, or ye to thik hai inka ek banda sachin kumar was taking to me very shamelessly that i will have to close my complaint after that i will get my money back. matlab ki mai mere paise k liye lad bhi nahi sakta... or kya guarantee hai k agar maine complaint close karwa di to mujhe mera paisa mil jayega ???? i will close the complaint after getting my refund back.

    "Please provide me some time" ke chakkar me to aap log mujhe pressurize kar rahe hai meri complaint wapas lene ke liye ?
