Moto Health Care — Their service is appalling and they should not be associated with the term 'health care'
Since August, repeated emails, phone calls to customer call centre, faxes have just been ignored despite having faxed the requested documentation. Today, I managed to get through to a human consultant (as opposed to a robot voice!) and all it took was a couple of keystrokes, mid conversation, to send me the document!! My termination of membership is now done and my mental health has vastly improved already. Their sevice is appalling and they should not be associated with the term 'health care'.
