Modanisaquality of shoes & lack of follow up!

What a shame! I called your call center on october 30th from [protected] and the guy assured me i will get a refund if i email you the pictures. I sent an email, no reply ofcourse until now, and a call center supervisor called me maybe a week after my call to ask me about my complaint and he assured me that it will be solved!
Do i have to call and shout and threaten to call your ceo? Or do i have to post these picture all over the social media? I have many social media influencer friends who can repost it to around 20 or 30k in 30 minutes.
