Metem International / I ordered and paid but did not receive anything

On the 19th of januari 2017 I ordered and payed two products from Metem International B.V.

CFX Superzaklamp ; 1 x Heider AGX Superzaklamp ; amount 204.80 (EUR)

I already sent 3 emails and asked when to recieve my order, my products.
No one is answering nobody is picking up the phone at the support desk.

What can I do to make them answer to my requests?

    I have received the heider telescope but haven´t received the complement to install my iphone, could you plesa tell me what is happening?
    My invoice number is 100004505.
