I ordered from Max Novelty 2 months ago (September 26, 2017). I have not received my order. When I have tried to contact them (by email only because they don't have a phone and you can't register to their website) they just tell me to not worry about my money, that it is safe. I have emailed them numerous times. James Alderman is supposedly the owner of this company.
I tried to attach my receipt but was unable to do that.

    I ordered a paint by number. I rcd it, but the canvas was very wrinkled. I emailed - yes, because that's the only way you can communicate with them - that I would like a replacement or full credit back. James Alderman said no problem, they will send a replacement right away... I could even keep the wrinkled one. It's been about 5 weeks. No replacement. No replies to my several emails.

    @Peggy LT I have a feeling we've all been scammed. This is so maddening!
