AP Sentosa review: Runaway maid 2

I got an Indonesian maid from AP Sentosa and paid more than RM13000 for her in Jul 2011. I got her on 12 Aug 2011. At first, the agency told us that she is 24 yrs old. But on further questioning, she is only 18 yrs old and has worked in Shah Alam for 2 yrs. So she came when she was only 16 yrs old!
On 4th Nov, close to 3 months, she started to make phone calls to plan to runaway. On 26th Nov, right after 3 months, she runaway and didn't come back. She took nothing with her except for my son's hp. However can a young lady who is only 18 yrs old runaway without any money with her? I think there must be someone behind who helped her. From the call list, I tracked that she started calling Person A, then Person B, then Person C. It's all local calls. It is definitely like a syndicate trying to help her to leave the country!
My house was in a big mess as she haven't been doing her work and it is so dusty.
I am so angry and upset... don't know how to get my money back!
