LuluGal / Poor customer service. Goods not arriving.
I ordered 2 items from Lulugal and received them about 4 weeks later in March. They were way too small. The website is very misleading. It implies that returns are easy to do and honoured. Not!
I sent 3 messages asking for a return address. After the 3rd message I got a list of reasons why it would be worth my while to return them; starting with I'd have to pay for the return mail and would only be given 60% of the original value.
Not only did you make it almost impossible to return items, after returning them, I never heard from them again, other than to get this message:
Your ticket(ID:T5675324525) has been updated.
