Please ad this to your site to in sure others around the world know how these casino's rip people off.
I've included a history of my deposits attached that shows the $5400.00 they have cheated me out of, will i won't allow me to forward the statement on your site but i will e-mail it if you give me an e-mail to sent too.

E-mail sent to luckyred casino and Club World Group 4/12/11

Dear Customer Service,

I was playing on your site this morning 4/12/11 with a balance in my account of approximately 5400.00 and all of a sudden
i was disconnected by an account administrator, when i signed back on the balance on my account was $0.00 (zero). I contacted customer
service an they informed me that i had charge-backs so all winnings were voided.I've only ever played in one of your sites and i made
that deposit last week using my credit card to purchase a ICP card in the amount of $50.00 and yes it was charged to my credit card the
same day.
I will be more then happy to forward you a copy of my credit card statement to show the charge. The trace ID# 4749770.After
the discussion i had with your customer service i did check my credit card statement and found four credits from a pitpay.com/glam dated
4/12/11 that were charged to my credit card back on 3/30/11 is the total sum of $122.00, why this accrued is beond me i have no idea why.
I've tried locating this site on-line but nothing shows up for them. I have played on numerous sites and have no clue what site these
charges came from, but i can tell you i did not dispute any charges. If you would like to see my credit card statement you will see charges
from many other sites using the following credit card authorization companies, firewoodpay.ltd, securebillnet, giftnowonline, cmyksupply,
bindera/s, and the only charge i've ever used on your site icp.( The only site that might have issued these credits could have been Prism
casino because I told them there site was a joke)

I find it very convenient that sense i was winning that all of a sudden your site comes up with some type of bogus reason to void
all my play and winnings. I look forward in continuing playing on luckyred right away so please give this your immediate attention.

I understand that all the management is gone for the day and that upsets me as i wanted to play today. If i don't here from you by
tomorrow I'll forward this on to others here in the US as well as every site that offers Internet gambling as well as talk and complaint forums.

Dear Rick,

I am the manager of the Club World group of casinos.

I have reviewed your case and I can see that my Risk team decided to void and refund your deposits in LuckyRedCasino and ClubWorldCasino
due to your history of credit card fraud with other online operators. As your deposit was void any winnings generated from it were also voided.

As an online casino we cannot accept wagers from players who simply charge back their deposits if they lose, and we take a zero tolerance
approach to this kind of behavior.

I understand that there may have been mitigating circumstances surrounding your previous chargebacks, and so if you are able to provide an
explanation I will certainly review it with a view to reinstating your account balance with our group.

Please contact me directly with any further correspondence regarding this matter.

Dear Manager,

It was recently brought to my attention that your site has accused me of credit card fraud and reported me the all the other casino
sites on the Internet. I'm writing you to give you an opportunity of correcting this mistake before i start contacted others that i won't
mention at this time.
I have contacted my credit card company to find out who and why I received four credits from your site, I never requested or disputed
any charges in the over 6 or so years I've played on-line.
Its fine with me you've blocked me from your sites but to report me as a fraud is not and will not be tolerated.

I've contacted my credit card company via e-mail and requested information as to why and who requested these credits be applied to
my account as i have mentioned I've been playing on sites for years and have never disputed a single charge. I sent an e-mail off to Prism casino
I believe they are the one who issued the credits for what reason i don't know other then the fact i told them they sites sucked.
I find it interesting in your privacy policy your site says personal information in not shared with other sites, you might consider
changing your policy in that section. Your site is voiding my play and winnings based as faults accusations from another site that are totally not
true. I would like someone to show me where I have disputed any deposits from any casino site on the inter-net.
As a retired disabled veteran of the United States I have spent a lot of time and money playing in on-line casinos over the years and
feel this is a total miss justice not only taking away my winnings by your site, but now it seems like i won't be able to continue playing on any
casino site. I have nothing better to do during my days now so I'll spend ever bit of my spare time contacting government agencies is the U.S. as
well as abroad to inform them of my situation.
I would hope that you would consider your source as to the accusation about me and reinstate my account and balance before i start my
campaign to educate everyone around the world as to how on-line casino's like yours violate hard working people.

I am almost sure the person claiming this group is the most honest on the net is affiliated with this group and possibly upper management if not owner. Club World Casino is a SCAM.

Linda, the first complaint is not from me. I am a different Rick and have nothing to do with the Lucky Red Casino complaint. The Club Worlds Casino complaint is mine and is 100% true.

Rick, you have posted two different stories regarding your lock out from Club World Casino. Which is the real story? Were you locked out while winning $5400 on your $50 deposit, or were you locked out after you won $348 on Basketbull?
Rick, my name is Linda Anders Lieber and have been a player at Club World Casino since they opened their doors. NEVER HAVE THEY NOT PAID ME FOR A WIN ! I HAVE NOT EVEN HEARD OF ONE OTHER PERSON HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THIS CASINO. I noticed that Tom replied to your first complaint regarding $5400 at Lucky Red Casino (this is owned by Club World Casinos). I personally know Tom, and have needed his help on numerous occassions. He is very honest, intelligent, and has good knowledge of the online gaming industry. Tom advised you that if you can prove that you did not do any charge backs, he would gladly look at your proof and reconsider your case. Did you send him your Credit Card statements? I do not know what went down on your end Rick, but I know in my heart and from many years experience of dealing with this group, that they are honest and true to their word. Club World Casinos is THE MOST HONEST GROUP ON THE NET.

Club World Casino is a scam and will warn anybody that is thinking of making a deposit at this place to think twice. I made a 50.00 deposit on Saturday night and two minutes into playing I got a message that said to call and verify my account. Just as I was going to call, I was locked out of the casino and could not log back in. There reason was that I apparently did a charge back sometime last year at there sister site known as Aladdins Gold casino or something like that. I have never made a deposit at any such place and have never done a charge back at any of the casinos I have deposited with. Now management refuses to refund my money and won’t respond to my emails what so ever. Funny thing is that just as I was locked out of the casino, I had just hit a 348.00 bet on the game Basketbull, before I could even spin the slot again, I was locked out of the casino.
