On 1/11/2023 I received a letter that we were due a surplus of $2000+ and a check would be mailed within 20 days. I called approximately in April to advise them that we never received it. They stated they would “resend” it. Which sounds too easy, right?. I just got off the phone with them again today, 6/7 and said my last request was never submitted but...

LoanCare Mortgage Company increase in payment/ horrible service

My loan was transferred to these folks in 3/2018 since then my payments have increase from $587-$800. I was told to do an 24 month escrow spread to bring my payment back down and it only went to $746... They failed to find a payment which was paid in march but they applied to a suspense account 🤷🏾‍♀️. Since this payment was never applied correct I have been behind 2 months at a time since pretty much march. They keep sending cars to my home to deliver confidential mail and call like crazy. I can never get anyone who knows what they are doing including managers and supervisors. They promise to call you back and do not. I can go on... This company is horrible. On the meantime I continue to get late fees and negative credit reporting!
