I purchased this product from HSN in Oct. After receiving it, I discovered the remote control was defective. I called the technical support number on the brochure and it has been disconnected. I called HSN and they were not aware of this. They gave me another number to try. I called the number and found out that Life Pro had been bought by Lifesmart so I was given a third number to call. I've called the number three times and left messages because you never get a live person. I believe this company no longer exists and I would like to file a complaint. I called HSN to let them know they should notify their buyers of this issue. The product should have a one year warranty but it does not good if you can't reach anyone.
