These people are liars and thieves. I will continue to post my experience with them wherever i can in order to prevent someone else from having the same experience.

When lifecell was ineffective, i attempted to make contact as instructed to return for a refund. They did not return calls placed over a 3 month period. When some guy named chris finally did answer the phone, and i explained to him that i had been leaving messages for months, he told me to return the product immediately, which i did. He even looked my information up on the computer so he knew exactly when i received the product.

They received the product back on april 14, 2008—signed for in their office by s. Johnson. The next correspondence i received was an e - mail telling me that they would not refund my money. They had their product back, which i'm sure they resold to some unsuspecting customer and did not refund one dime to me. This is not a reputable company; they are thieves.

I had a totally opposite experience. The product WORKS. I have been using the lifecell product for about a year and can honestly say my face looks 10 years younger! I will continue using it. I'm sorry for your experience. However, I have recommended it to my friends and family who are having similar results.

I have used Lifecell (Life Cell) Anti Aging Wrinkle South Beach Skin Care for more than six years and it works. I am 51 years old and my skin has improved significantly. I used other skin products that did not work for me. It's not a scam and I hope I can continue to buy it because this is the only facial cream that has helped keep my skin radiant.

My problem has been that when I shop around on ebay or third party market sellers like Walmart or Amazon, I have noticed two different versions of the same Life Cell product. I think there are counterfeit Life Cell products being sold online. Beware of fake products and that may be the reason the cream does not work? Life Cell please investigate.

I had a surgery with this product put in my body from this company. The abdomen. Since then, severely ill from this.
Now. My life has turned upside down and I'm in a disabled state. Left abandon because NO ONE knows how to fix this mess.
Doctors are using a product in peoples bodies and when it does not agree with your system they don't know how to fix you. All you get is, I'M SORRY NOT SURE WHAT TO DO!
In the mean time your life has taken a turn for the worst and the severe pain is no match for life. I am hanging on the best I can.

I have been scammed also- not necessarily by the product itself- but the FINE PRINT- where they charged 4.95 for shipping- and the auto charge of 189.00 after 30 days- its not worth it- and they had the NERVE to say the 1 tube is 149.00 value - are you serious? I spoke with Jessica, Marcella and Chris who is the owner- is never around- well if he took the time to stay in the office - vs. going out in Hollywood, FL and tried to see what was going on with the sales, marketing and customer service- he would clearly see- he will be out of business very soon. The product is just ok- I have NOT seen any results- so I am gladly returning this product- but my main reason at this time for returning it- is based on the bate & switch! DONT PURCHASE LIFECELL- It is a Scam!

The same experience, we cancelled, shipped product back and were supposed to get refund $189, but instead--they refunded the amount and then took out the same amount so the refund is still outstanding, and I doubt they'll give money back once it's in their hands and their product has been returned. These people belong in jail. I've emailed the Hollywood Police Department but since we're in Canada I suppose Canadians don't get any attention from a US Police Department.

Very misleading "free" sample only when product delivered was it clear they were about to charge another $189. I returned product (cost $16 from Australia) and cancelled credit card..

Hi, I felt for the scam also. Just received my bank statement and US $189 charge on it. I was too late to stop the payment and not sure they will ship anything even though they ship the product is not effective at all, guess will not even get back the refund either. Well we had learned a good lesson of buying things from internet.

I ordered a "free trial" before Christmas for what I thought was a cream to reduce bags under your eyes. I received two bottles of creams both of which claimed to make your skin look younger and said nothing about reducing bags. Because I thought I was only paying for the shipping and handling for a free trial I didn't bother doing anything about it. It is now Feb. and I received a fraud alert from my credit card company asking about a charge for 132.00 from this company. They also told me of a charge for 77.00 from Jan. from the same company. I had just received my credit card statement was going to call about that charge anyway. I told them I had not authorized the charge for today or Jan. They said they would reverse the charges, cancel my card and issue me a new one. As I said before I had received only my free trial which would ultimately cost me 4.98, 77.00 and 132 charged to my credit card! How can they do this? I saw none of the things the other complaints spoke of including on going deliveries and additional charges! This is unbelievable. Obviously my credit company has had problems with this company before as they issued me a fraud alert. It's sad what some companies will do and even sadder that they seem to be aloud to get away with it!

I have a very bad experiece. I paid the first free trial at USD 14.5, second payment USD 189 and third payment at USD 163. They only send me two tubes, and refused to refund me the USD 163 for my second regular order.
I have been arguing with them for almost one month without any progress. I will keep writing the above to everywhere I can find to alert the potential customers.

Eventually some disgruntled customer will walk into head office and blow away the CEO's who knowingly scam millions from those wishing for better health. Then and only then will there be balance in the force.

My experience was I also got hooked into clicking on the link supplied by an AARP newsletter article about the product. Really makes me think about who AARP is actually out there to protect?
Anyway after clicking on the box to find out what product men are using to make themselves look younger, I was surprised to find that I was on the Life product page offering me a free months supply with a special discounted ship rate of only $4.95. I filled out the info on the order form. Then I decided to really read up about this offer and there it was in this really really long page of print and photos and testimonials. The HOOK about the automatic billing of $189 per month along with all the bullcrap about how easy it was to opt out. Well I have been around for a long time and at that point I went back and deleted all of my info I had typed into their order form. Well guess what? They must have access to the info because I keep getting emails from them to come back and finish my billing info. WTF!
Now I am keeping close watch on my CC activity to make sure these ### don't go ahead and charge my card anyway, even though I have never clicked the agree and submit button to authorize a commitment .

A complete ripoff. The product does not work. The free is not free at all and a lot of double talk when you try to cancel or get your credit card charge reversed. I have turned over the problem to my credit card company. There was a$259 plus charge to my card.
I should have read the complaints board before I took a chance on what turned out to be a very expensive mistake.

I do not know why someone has not turned this information into Yelp..It is a much better recognized site..I happened on this one searching for reviews of a seeming good vitamin supplement by the same name..Life Cell.. also I wonder why the supplement company hasn't changed its name so as not to be associated with the wrinkle crème.. I am fighting the same thing with another face product who has done the same thing..The sample jars came as step one and step two but with minute printing which could only be seen with a HIGH powered MAGNIFYING glass..or a microscope. They finally emailed me the directions for one product but not for the other and immediately after I received the sample products without my even having time to try them sent me the full sized ones..in spite of my asking them to please wait until I got the directions for both so that I could try their product.. I will be contacting my card company today regarding the charges if there are any ...When the un ordered products come I do not open them I write with bold black permanent marker...".Please return to sender. This was not ordered." Then I wait until they have had sufficient time to get it back and if they do not email me about receiving it back again, , I call the credit card company and tell them that the company has charged me for something I never received..and about all the emails I have sent regarding the product to them.

Gratitude! For the arisen of LifeCell anti-aging Actually, I attempted many times of the typical eye-cushion treatment to battle for my under-eye dark circles, in any case, every one of them are viable laws, except LifeCell from products of lifecell-anti-aging.com cream. Generally know that, this series of Life Cell belongs to all-in-one type of anti-aging treatment cream. I'm happy to utilize it on the grounds that it's ready to balance to cure my appearance to be healthier and looking young, including reducing my terrible under-eye circles was fading gradually after use for 2 months. This is the most features that I love too.

Lifecell is a big scam, They advertised a sample cream for USD 15 inc shiipping to Taiwan but charged my credit card for USD 189, When i asked them to refund the money they told me that this charge was mentioned in their terms etc. I am located in Taiwan. Still waiting for the refund and will call my bank for assistance. Please beware and dont buy anything from them.

Easy to test if they are scammers..offer to pay the initial sample in cash or cheque. If they are a legitimate business they would be fine with it.
But guaranteed, it's your Credit Card they are after.
Keep well away from LifeCell.n

Good thing this complaint site exists. I would have been so angry at myself if I feel for another one of these scams. No one seems to be accountable at this company and they will end up getting away with their 30 day free lie that will cost you $189.

This company and their product are nothing more than a MONEY STEALING SCAM! Stay away from them! The product does not work! I fell for it and bought the product through their introductory offer. I was NEVER told that they would charge me $189.00 or that they would automatically send me product in 30 days at a rate of $189.00 whether I wanted it or not. They argued with me on the phone insisting that I had to PAY shipping and handling to return the unused sample purchased or else they would not refund the $189.00. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM!

I have never had a problem with life cell. But, it was becoming expensive, so I decided to use another product, No 7 from Target. I called them to cancel, told then that is was becoming too expensive. They may me an offer and drastically reduced the price for me. They then told me to try the other product and come back if I wanted. I did try the No 7, my wrinkles came back immediately. It was awful. Life Cell has worked great for me. I am 65 years old and most people are very surprised when I tell them me age. So, I canned the No 7, gave it to my mom and went back to Life cell.

Thankfully I ordered through another website (paying less than Lifecell website's full price). At least they can't continue to bill me for a worthless product.

Only thing nice I can say about Lifecell - my skin is softer. Has done absolutely nothing to reduce my fine lines and wrinkles.

I have no one but myself to blame that I was over-charged for a useless product. As my mother always told me, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".

I have very bad experience from lifecell. Sample contamination rate is very high if you are collecting samples from AKOLA, Maharashtra like place, if your town is close to well operated airport, then only you should think about it. otherwise delay in reaching sample will surely contaminate your sample.

I completely agree to all the comments of the product and the company i was scammed by free sample for trial and free and without me checking my monthly bank statement they had charged me $189.00 and they did that for few months until only few days back when i noticed how much money they are getting from my account and that made me cancel my card and as i was awaiting for another ( in which i never did order) the courier sent me an email about this parcel which i will return as i never did use it after all because the first try is not really working. I am so upset about this product the company and the staff for fooling the real people and extracting money. With this experience i will never ever try to order at all even to companies that maybe are legit.

I totally agree with ILOATHESCAMMERS comments. I had the same problems. I did not see anywhere that they would be charging me $189.00 in 30 days nor the fact that I should return product withing that time frame to not get charged. Then they automatically ship me another order in 30 days. The product is worthless. Does not do as advertised. Do not fall for this scam like I did.

I can live with wrinkles but not with deceit and fraudulent charges LifeCell feels they have the right to charge to my account UNAUTHORIZED. Gladly I will send back the mystical "FREE" trial and post their practice of "precautionary action of temporarily authorizing all debit/credit cards used at the time of ordering". Another way of saying "fraudulent charges posted to my account without authorization. I only authorized $4.25, a charge go $189 appeared as pending. Have been on the phone with my bank, LifeCell and several emails to LifeCell. Currently was instructed to refuse the trial offer when USPS delivered and send back. No other charges should be applied. I will see

Wow, I never had this experience with the company. I knew when I ordered that the reoccurring costs would be applied if I didn't return the product; quite a few companies do the same thing. After a week of using the product, I returned it, got a refund and no more charges.

i AGREE WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS, COMPANY AND PRODUCT IS A SCAM, BIG TIME. WHEN I ORDERED THE TRIAL I SPECIFICALLY SAID DO NOT SEND ANYMORE ORDERS AND DO NOT USE MY CHARGE ACCOUNT TO DO SO. 3 TIMES I TOLD THE WOMAN THAT AND THEN SHE GOT SMART AND SAID IT WON`T HAPPEN. WELL, JUST GOT MY STATEMENT FOR $189.00, NO PRODUCT, AND I`M LIVID. I FELL FOR THE REPORTS LIKE SO MANY OTHERS BUT IN ALL HONESTY, YOU GET THE SAME IF NOT BETTER RESULTS WITH OIL OO OLAY. SUCH THIEVES AND DISHONESTY. ISN`T THERE A BETTER WAY FOR THEM TO EARN A LIVING W.OUT LIES AND STEALING. I PRESUME ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WROTE THE RAVE REVIEWS GOT A PRETTY PAY FOR THAT, IF THERE EVER WAS PEOPLE. I`M CONTACTING MY BANK TOMORROW. I WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY`S GENERAL OFFICE AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I PRAY THESE REMARKS GET POSTED EVERYWHERE. SHAME ON THOSE SALESPEOPLE.
