On September 28th 2022 at 4:30pm I went to Jewel Osco (716 Ridge Rd, Munster Indiana) to pick a grocery order I ordered online. I don't know the guys name but the worker(tall black guy with glasses about 28 or 30 years old) was rude not answering questions I had and acting cold, then he took my cart and put it back for no reason when he already knew I needed it for my order. Thank you
Desired outcome: For workers to be trained to have better manners or be let go if they do not comply
Jewel-Osco - bakery
I was at the Jewel-Osco in Munster IN earlier looking for a birthday cake. I found one and I had ask the woman working in the bakery if they were able to write a name on the cake and she said yes! We gave her the name to write and she had took the cake. A minute later she gave us the cake and it looked so sloppy! I wouldn't have mind if she didn't know how to do it but to say yes and give it to me looking the way it did was unacceptable. I took it anyway because I had already paid for it and it was the last one. I also had a birthday party waiting for me. Just wish the service was better!
That is obviously sloppy and unacceptable.
