Intelenet Global Services / date of exit mismatch on experience letter and on provident fund website

Hi Team,
I was employee with Intelenet at Bestech towers Mohali Location. My employee ID was [protected]. I joined on 15 june 2016,
I resigned on 31 jan 2018, as it was not feasible for me to serve the notice period So it was communicated that it will be considered as abscond case. My last working day was 1 Feb 2018. I joined next company on 6 feb 2018, I paid recovery amount of 9140 INR and got experience letter. Date of exit updated was 9 feb 2018, I tried to transfer my PF to my current company but unable to do so. Then I realised that date of exit is not updated on EPF website. I sent a screenshot to Mr Bikram who is working in HR. So he forwarded the screenshot further
And last working day updated on the website was 2march 2018. I went personally to the office and they forward the case to Vishnu Minhas. She said that send an scanned copy of appointment letter to her email address which is [protected]@intelenetglobal.com, which I did on 14September 2018.Till now she has not forwarded the case. I am trying to contact them but the HR staff Mr Amrit pal singh says that you can contact by email only. My UAN no. is [protected] which is common with both the companies. I am facing harassment
