We called in for a repair to our refrigerator on 12/15/17 which was not cooling. As of today 1/2/18, our refrigerator has not been repaired after calling the vendor over 30 calls and speaking with Sears customer service. There has to be a breach of contract when as a customer I gave consideration for a service and there was a verbal agreement which included an offer/acceptance. I am over 18, competent and not mentally challenged. The issue is of a lawful subject matter.
I am requesting a return call today to [protected]. It has been over 2 weeks with no refrigerator with 3 teenage BOYS.
