Service department scam

Took my car in to have a check engine light looked at. I had already ran the OBID codes and it was "Camshaft B Over Advanced". They set me up with a rental car and kept my car for almost a week and when Enterprise tried to change my card $200 I called to see what was going on. Kia was supposed to pay for the rental.

Huffines Kia (Michael) told me that Kia was suggesting an engine flush for over $800 - there was evidence that the oil had never been changed due to a factory crush washer. I have had the oil changed multiple times, and even asked Huffines Kia to change it during one of my service visits for a recall.
